I also had the experience of not being able to get change. You are the " no gas, no air" of the banking world. My bank no longer has an office here and I may be forced to find a new bank at some point, BUT it will not be here. Just a senior citizen trying to get change for a yard sale.

People nagging about not getting change because they’re non-customers??? Hahahaha! Time is money people! Go to your own bank . BOC has always been good to me . Customer of 12 years .

Terrible service and extremely slow at conducting business. The tellers are extremely lax and do not take their jobs seriously. The older woman gives dirty looks and isn't afraid to yell through the window concerning your personal information. So much for GLBA Privacy. The younger girl talked to be about her new house and then sent me along my way without my withdrawn money. Going through the drive, you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes. Line or no line. This bank has a high turn over rate. The managers here are a joke. Complete face value. They do not care about you and they do not care about your money. All in all, I wouldn't spit on them if they were on fire. I know this sounds extreme, but I cant stress to you enough. Do not bank with The Bank of Commerce.

We have banked with them for over 12 years and have nothing but great experiences. The staff always recognizes us when we come in and are very welcoming.

Traveling and needed quarters. Apparently their policy is to not make change for non account holders. I would recommend that you change this policy. I went directly across the street to Zions Bank and they had no trouble doing that favor for me.

I'm not a bank customer but I do go in once a month to pay my mortgage. I just want to thank all the ladies who have helped us when my fiancee and I have gone there but a special shout out to Holly. My fiancee is a combat veteran and his anxiety makes him antsy in public sometimes. Last month he forgot to add the account number to our payment check and Holly took care of it. This month, she had it ready just in case and really impressed us. Thank you Holly for the extra effort. It was really appreciated!
