I would not recommend this company to anyone. I live right next door the the Pocatello, Idaho offices. We had a massive winter storm pass through. Axiom had a team of people blow the office lot. 2 snowblowers, a 4 wheeler with a plow, and a truck with a plow. I shoveled what I could, but the snow is wet and heavy. We've only had 2 cars get stuck so far...

Ann did a great job and thinks things out. Dosen't just replace things put figures out why they stopped working and fixed the root of the problem. Good to have people take it to the next step. Saves a lot of headaches in the long run.

Don't rent from the company. I rented from this company for 2 years . They wouldn't except my rental insurance. Their properties are very disgusting and not up to code. I ended up doing a civil suit on them and I ended up winning because they're in the wrong and take money that was not there's.So don't rent from they. The electrical work is never updated so you have to pay at least three to five times the original power bill.

I’ve been trying to get an answer since yesterday on why i am being charged $150 for “trash” on my back porch. There is nothing but pots back here I don’t understand why I am being charged and now nobody in the office will answer me. I am getting very irritated with the office this is the 3rd time I’ve had to get ahold of them to figure out why they are charging me they never leave a notice I never get a heads up and when I call it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer

I feel they do a decent job for the most part. I rented for five years and really only had major problems the last year. I had an experience where I could hear electricity arcing in my circuit breaker and having my lights flickering and it took them a couple of weeks to get it fixed even though it was a serious safety hazard. I also had a bathroom fan that wouldn't move air and so I had mold growing all over the bathroom. I tried getting this fixed four or five times before giving up. The other repairs I ran into were taken care of pretty quickly. It did take about 45 days to get the remainder of my security deposit after turning in the keys.

The rental process was taking to long and the person in charge of process never committed to update me on my application or notified me when the apartment I was waiting on was rented. When I tried to ask this person about the rental process, no response or responded late to me. After I reached out to VP and management of rental company they did nothing to help and they said the person dealing with the application had nothing to do with my application or even notify me about the process. This company is so unprofessional!! I could do a better job.. On top of that they steal from you with the $40.00 application charges They need to take some people skills lessons

I've been trying to get in touch with someone to get answers about the property I'm renting. I've called multiple times, left voicemails, I've been using the chat option that google gives you to chat with axiom directly and nothing. The one time I was able to speak with someone, she said she'd give me a call back with answers, but that was like more than a week ago with no call back. ☹️

Woo-hoo. Our property management just changed over from homeland to axiom. What a relief. Took 1 visit and already fixing issues I have been trying to get fixed for the last 7 month!! Way to go axiom.

Having huge issues over management holding tenants accountable for their animal messes. Hard to walk to mail or laundry without stepping in doggy doo. Been reported many times, yet nothing gets done. Especially hard with children.

Renter BEWARE. LAWSUIT BEING FILED. On top of stealing firearms while I am working, a search that was 100% illegal and without notice, the mexican maintenance kid needs fired and needs 24/7 supervision while in your home. THIEF ALERT.They evicted me and my roomate over 167$. They went to court behind our backs and got us evicted 11-01-2022 at 8 am with police. They then tried to extort 1000$ that day and forced homelessness upon us. Gave me 5 hours to get all my items or they would keep them. Highly illegal. I offered 1000$ and they rejected it. They will kick you out to make room for higher paying renters. This is truly the scum of the earth. Its not business, they make it personal.
