Unfortunately enterprise has all the rentals.. avis has let me down several times by not having anything of worth to rent.. nice ppl at avis but unfortunately their products don't match that energy.

This location will nickel and dime you, so be careful. I vacuumed out each car and still was charged with a cleaning fee.

Terrible experience the whole way through. Took forever to get my car. Never got my receipt. Charged for not filling the gas tank when I did. Website and customer service process not easy or friendly. Hung up on. People are friendly but their processes suck.

Do not rent from here!!They sent me a bill a month after I returned the car I was being charged $700 for glass replacement.No one can tell me what glass they replaced, they didn't take any pictures and they will not e-mail me back with the proper documents to file a claim with the insurance I purchased!Disgusting, I have never been soo sickened by a company in my life!!!!

I have rented a few cars recently, from both Avis and Enterprise. I had by far better customer service and pricing that was given by Avis. I have dealt with a few people here, but Kevin went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Will definitely be renting from Kevin and Avis again!

I am currently renting a car from Avis pick up from June 2nd and supposed to return June 12th. This experience so far has been draining mentally and financially. The first car I picked up had a bald tire 0% tread and was filthy, I called customer service and was told I could pay for a new tire and be reimbursed after I return the car or I could drive 36 miles to the nearest AVIS to exchange cars.I chose to exchange cars. After I changed cars my mother noticed the new rental had tabs that had been expired for 6 months, so I again had to drive 36 miles back to AVIS to exchange cars and was downgraded from both previous vehicles.I called customer service to see if they could comp me for having to spend two days dealing with an unsafe vehicle and for giving me a car with expired tabs. They said they would refund me for the two days and add a two day extension for the inconvenience . the very same day that they "resolved" the issue, I saw that they charged me an extra $124.35 today 6/8/2021 and no refund.I AGAIN called customer service and they said they do not see a charge and have no idea why I was being charged. They asked me to send them an email of my bank statement and that they would refund me the charges 5-10 business days AFTER I return the car.I paid $1,085 for my rental AND then $250.00 for a deposit and NOW another $124.35!!! For what!? I am dealing with ALL of this while attending my Grandmothers funeral . I am completely 1000% dissatisfied with the service I have received and I am extremely upset that I am STILL dealing with issues because AVIS cannot get their stuff together!Update:I returned my rental a day early (6/13/21) from my extension that I was charged for and today 6/14/21, I was charged another $300 to my bank account and was told $176 of that was a late fee because I was an hour late when I was not late I was a day early.I was also on the phone with customer service while at the pocatello Airport. Customer service said that I should be receiving 339.70 back and said I had a expedited call from a supervisor scheduled for the next 24 to 48 hours. That call was scheduled last week and I still have not heard back from anyone. I am so frustrated and literally sick from all of this. These charges are coming from my bank account not a credit card. I have three small children and I only get paid twice a month. I have less than $500 to last me two more weeks while AVIS just easily takes money out of my bank account and out of my children's mouths! How much longer do I have to put up with this!?6/20/21STILL waiting for my refund for the two days I was charged for that was supposed to be an accommodation for their repetive screw up on my rental car. I have not received a call back from a supervisor nor has Blake "The owner " who gave me the social media case# below my review contacted me back. That experience was enough for me to NEVER rent from Avis again. Next time I'll pay the extra money to use a company with better customer service.

I wish there was a way to give zero and beyond stars. This is the worst experience with a car rental in my life.I have been stranded for over 8 hours, in the middle of nowhere,waiting on roadside assistance to replace this dangerous car avis rented me. I have been stranded since 6 pm, it is now 2:30 a.m..Il,eay off schedule,hingry and need of a bathroom.Four to six hours they.said.I jad the ac on when I head out and now Im running the heat dishonourable business practices is the lest I can say
