“Thank you to Amanda the internet girl, she called me after I was interested in viewing trade-ins online over the weekend. She let me know first thing that they had a trade in in my price range and asked if I could come down to the lot. She mentioned that I was the first person they were going to show the vehicle too. I was excited and thrilled to see the trade in that was in my price range, and just the vehicle I was looking for! Upon arrival I was Immediately introduced to a sales rep named Rick Puglia product specialist who I recommend to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Pocatello Idaho. We took the vehicle for a test drive and started the paperwork on the purchase which went smoothly, soon I drove away in my new vehicle ?

But I have no choice, because Steve went above and beyond what I could ever expect. Some major work done in one day, AC compressor replacement, rear shocks, rear brakes and rear heater pipes and hoses. Steve’s exact words, I didn’t want your kids to suffer in this heat. I’m totally blown away and impressed with their pricing and service. No one will ever touch another of my vehicles, Tony’s is the place!”
“I had a serpentine belt break on my Rv outside of Pocatello. I called at 3 pm and he told me if I got towed by 6 pm he’d fix it. We got towed in time and he replaced two belts and had me on the road at 8 Pm at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this young man.”

“I'd give 10 stars to Master AutoTech of Pocatello if I could. I was on a roadtrip when my muffler pipe suddenly broke. Scott and his team were completely booked but knew I was in trouble, so they made room in their schedule to help me. They quickly repaired my car's exhaust system, which involved custom pipe prep, as well as a tuneup, which was also desperately needed. I was back on the road in just a few hours and had the perfect trip home. Thank you Scott for all your and your team's help today!! I intend to make my way back to Pocatello next time I need any maintenance or repairs. It's completely worth the 2 1/2-hour drive!!”
“This place is the best! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Me and my father in law always recommend this place. The staff here knows their stuff! I walked in with a peice of moulding off of my van and without even looking at it the guy knew what it came off of. I've had my windows fixed here in the past and can't recommend them highly enough. They also did a tiny job on an older vehicle of mine and the job was done right. Pros! Plus, they offered us a soda and gave my daughter an ice cream which made her whole day. Thanks!”

“Teel did a really good job overall. There were some hiccups, but mostly just some miscommunication that Amy was very helpful with. She definitely helped me understand things better without being completely rude. She was honest and straight forward about things and I have to say I appreciated that very much. I think the only things I was slightly worried about is the alignment and the clear bra. Both things not in teels control so no fault to them there. Not even Toyota has the proper alignment rack or weights to align my car.. only bwm of idaho falls seems to have 100 percent of what's needed to do it. I'm still learning my car so I have to rely on others to make sure my car is 100 percent. It's tough in pocatello when majority don't know the car. Teel however made sure my car learned nearly brand new again. Would recommend them and deal with Amy as much as possible. She was awesome. Mike's cool too.”
“My AC died because a fan was broken, rumbling inside the dash. Every other place I called was booked out for two weeks. MWR got me in same-day. I was surprised to see this place had only good reviews because most places have at least SOME grumpy customers. But Mountain West is wonderful! They deserve all their good reviews. They had me on my way in a few hours with cool air again. I think I have found my new favorite shop!”

“My truck had to be towed in, and they estimated that they were going to be able to service it next day. Well, they were able to take a look that night, and even though they estimated that it would take a couple days for the part they had it back to me the next morning! I'm super glad for their help and definitely plan to bring my truck back if it ever needs serviced again!”
“I traveled from out of state to purchase a used car from Phil Meador Toyota. I had your typical used car interactions with dealerships in my own state which is not what I was looking for. I wanted an honest, straightforward dealership that I felt I could trust and had my own best interest at heart. James exemplified exactly that. James is not at all a salesman and felt more like a business partner or a buyer's agent in the process. He truly wanted what was best for me and went extra lengths to provide as much information as possible for me to make the best and most informed decision. “Great place. Work was done well and in a timely manner. Super easy to work with. I called this place in error after being given a list of body shops from the at fault party’s insurance. There are two Prestige’s in Pocatello. The other place has “annex” on the name, which lead me to believe same shop, two locations. Super weird, but worked out fine. They also buffed my headlights which was a huge bonus. The damage was in the rear panels, so the headlights were just an appreciated kindness.”
