“We went to O’Reillys to get a headlight for my daughters car. It’s an older Pontiac, so it should be fairly easy to change. We asked the guy who sold the part to us if he would change it for us, which he did.
Devon, the name of the employee worked on that headlight for a half an hour at least. He was very nice and respectful and worked on it longer than we anticipated. I tried to give him a tip, but he would not accept it and told me to just pay it forward. Devon should be put in for a raise.”

“I traveled from out of state to purchase a used car from Phil Meador Toyota. I had your typical used car interactions with dealerships in my own state which is not what I was looking for. I wanted an honest, straightforward dealership that I felt I could trust and had my own best interest at heart. James exemplified exactly that. James is not at all a salesman and felt more like a business partner or a buyer's agent in the process. He truly wanted what was best for me and went extra lengths to provide as much information as possible for me to make the best and most informed decision. I felt no pressure to make the purchase and instead just felt supported to make the decision that was right for me.
Even post purchase, James has been following up making sure I am happy with everything. I felt like this was a completely different car buying experience than anywhere else I have gone in the past. Even though I live out of state, I will be contacting James and Meador Motors for any future vehicle purchases.”

“Teel did a really good job overall. There were some hiccups, but mostly just some miscommunication that Amy was very helpful with. She definitely helped me understand things better without being completely rude. She was honest and straight forward about things and I have to say I appreciated that very much. I think the only things I was slightly worried about is the alignment and the clear bra. Both things not in teels control so no fault to them there. Not even Toyota has the proper alignment rack or weights to align my car.. only bwm of idaho falls seems to have 100 percent of what's needed to do it. I'm still learning my car so I have to rely on others to make sure my car is 100 percent. It's tough in pocatello when majority don't know the car. Teel however made sure my car learned nearly brand new again. Would recommend them and deal with Amy as much as possible. She was awesome. Mike's cool too.”

“Great place. Work was done well and in a timely manner. Super easy to work with. I called this place in error after being given a list of body shops from the at fault party’s insurance. There are two Prestige’s in Pocatello. The other place has “annex” on the name, which lead me to believe same shop, two locations. Super weird, but worked out fine. They also buffed my headlights which was a huge bonus. The damage was in the rear panels, so the headlights were just an appreciated kindness.”
“Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.”

Once I spoke with Christian at Phol Meador I was hooked, He provided me with every detail I could give him and had alot of suggestions to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was quick to respond to ALL my calls and text and answered every question I had. “I'm a return customer! I'll always come here. They've take great care of my car. My latest, someone at the grocery store side swiped me pulling out. I took it to Superior for dent repair and a quarter sticker. Upon further investigation, they discovered that the decals that were on there, weren't decals at all, rather some sort of undercoating material pretending to be decals. They scraped the pretend decals off with a pile of effort, and not only fixed and paint matched the dent, but applied the correct decals. I hope, it's a awhile before I need ya'll again, but I will be back if the need arises. I thank you, and my car does too!”
“We had some car issues with our Prius while on a road trip to Idaho. I called another dealership and was told the next appt wasn't for 5 days. My husband tried to diagnose and fix what he could without tools but it wasn't fixing the problem. I randomly called this dealership out of desperation and was transferred to the service Dept which also said they didn't have appts for 5 days. I explained to the gal on the phone that we couldn't wait til Monday because we needed to be back to work on Monday in California. She said she'd have me speak to Jamal. I speak to Jamal and explain to him what's going on with the car and he said, if you can bring the car by we can plug it in to the code reader to see what's going on. So we rush to get there about an hour before they close and they got us in just in time to figure out that we shouldn't drive the car. They weren't exactly sure what was going on yet but said there might be a good chance they could figure it out and fix it if we left it overnight because they could continue in the morning. I was skeptical because I didn't want to get stuck in Pocatello for a week once they took the car apart plus thought they would rape us in price especially since we weren't local. We were kind of at their mercy but they did us right. Everyone was friendly while we waited. The inside of the dealership was comfortable and they had the nicest bathrooms I've seen in a dealership. There was a good selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate while we waited. Jamal kept us informed on the timing and what to expect. He went above and beyond to help us. We ended up having to leave the car there to wait for parts for a day, Jamal found us a rental car. He literally saved our vacation and we were able to finish exploring Idaho while we waited for the car to be fixed. The parts came in as expected and to our surprise, all of the work was under warranty. It barely cost us anything. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from this dealership. Jamal was very genuine and honest, he deserves a shout out for getting us home safely and letting us leave Idaho with good memories. Thank you also to the shuttle drivers that shuttled us to and from our hotel: George and the young man from Davis going to college. We are so happy we left our trust in you all.
