Horrible Horrible Company. When it was V-1 they had excellent Service, since Amerigas has taken over, its TERRIBLE. You cannot reach a live person, hours after hours on hold. They want to charge you 300 dollars on top of the price per gallon to do a refill on your tank if it reaches below 25 percent. Customer service is terrible. And I will be going with another company. They also charge almost 2.00 or more per gallon then any other company in the area. Stay far away from them.

Terrible service and prices. They told me they would not fill my tank because it read 70% full, then I ran out of propane because the gauge ended being broken. It's been four weeks since we scheduled delivery, I finally cancelled the refill and went with another company where a human answers the phone. Good luck getting any help from this company.

This place is one of the worst propane companies you will ever deal with, they will jack the prices up on you with out notice, and will make you pay more for the propane if you only use so much so be careful, it's true and a fact, they did it to me and they will do it to you, best way to go is Bingham propane.

U guys suk..some of us need our older tanks recertified and fill during this time..it's not like ppl r flooding in the doors..thanks cal ranch and tractor supply 4 at least filling

I have had propane service with V1 propane for many years and very happy, since Amerigas has taken over very unhappy with it. They have added on so many different fees and no longer offer a summer fill-up rate.
