I have been working with David Silva since 2016 and he’s always been my GO TO! I can call him anytime for help with a loan, he sends the docs, sign and done. I’ve ran into so many hurdles but David really helped me out and took care of them for me. He really goes out of his way! I never have to worry or work, he does all of it! Thanks David for everything!

I opened a secured credit card years ago. Right afterwards the funds I put down for the credit card were not there. Because it was my first credit card, I figured that's how secured credit cards worked and you wouldn't see the funds used to open the credit card in your account. After years of having it I got a call from their employee David who told me that he's going to close my account because the funds for the secured credit card are not there. He told me this, today, and I explained to him what i thought happened, but I did not feel like he listened to what I understood happened to my account at all. He was not helpful in my options as to what I could do either. All he kept telling me was they were going to close my account in two weeks if I didn't replace the money I had put down in the first place. Definitely don't recommend them if you're going to get a credit card. Secured or unsecured. Some of their employees are great, but apparently some of them don't know customer service.Oh and to make it better, I had to replace my credit card multiple times over the years because of problems I kept having with them. Then they were saying the last payment they had on file was about three years ago. Right. Explain to me how that works if I've been making weekly payments on it each and every month for the past couple of years.

Advantage Plus allowed an unauthorized individual not only to sensitive information but to withdraw money from an account. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!! They offer no resolution to incidents that are their fault and will literally do nothing to get your money back.

I am so fed up with this place. I have been trying to refinance my car for months now and David has been a complete joke. He never answers phone calls or returns voicemails. The paperwork I signed was not the payment amount I paid. I have tried and tried calling to see what’s going on and no message has been responded to. I definitely will not be doing business here again.

Awesome! The only place that would give a loan on my backhoe! All because I didn't have a business name, no one would even entertain the idea of loaning on a piece of heavy equipment. These people had no problems whatsoever, I was able to get my loan approved in less than 20 minutes. Thank You!

My first loan was with David Silva and he was the worst!!! He dragged out my loan process all day until he left for vacation at 2pm.. It took him over an hour to respond to any message. Asked to speak to him through the phone and he said he wasn't available through the phone only email.. Then would call randomly. Never once told me my percentage rate or any info for that matter. Found the time to inform me that he was leaving at 2pm tho.. 1:45pm he wrote saying he could not finish the loan in time and he would transfer me to another loan officer and failed to give me a name or number. I finally called a different branch and spoke with a different loan officer and she had me taken care of in LESS than an hour!! David Silva is a joke.

Antvantage plus is an amazing Credit Union. I give them my business hands down! When you go in ask for Bobby. He is the branch manager and loan Officer. He is an awesome guy! He will go far out of his way to make your experience a great one!

I have been banking here for over 10 years and I just opened up a new account with a new loan. When I go in the branches, the service is usually great. The Chubbuck branch drive through is a no go for me. I’ve waited so long with the girl in the drive through looking at me but she doesn’t ever say anything so I drive off. My biggest issue with the credit union is No one ever answers the phone! I have tried 3 different branches and multiple departments. I’m really debating if it’s time to switch credit unions.
