Was hunting from out of town when I had issues with my brakes and rotors. The next morning I drove into 95 tire and auto pros in plummer where i was greated by Mike. I explained my situation to him and he said to leave it with him and he would have it lookes at 11 am . I received a call from Mike by1030 am saying my truck was done! No damage or issues other than some rocks he cleaned outMike also texted me a message with all the info and pictures to explain what all had been done. No charge and I even tried to go get him and his crew some donuts from the local store.I can't begin to explain the relief to have my truck back and be back in the woods. Profesional, honest, and absolutely reliable.Thank you and would recommend 95 tire pros to anyone.

Mike was great. Needed a certain inner tube and he had it sitting at the front desk when I got there. Forgot my wallet and he said to take the tube and pay later. That's customer service!

I only have one experience with these folks, but it was perfect. They usually do repairs, but they let me order U-Joint for my truck. I REALLY needed it that day, so they rushed to get it on the next truck from Coeur d'Alene and my son picked it up on his way through Plummer a couple of hours later. Besides that, it was about half the price of what they had originally quoted me. Thanks, guys.

So my wife just got a flat she put her spare on and was heading to tire place for appointment in cda Idaho because everyone is buisy she was driving through town of Plummer Idaho stopped at 95 tire in Plummer because her tire was loosing air very fast keep note she already put spare on she had a hour drive to cda to get new one on….95 tire said they were to buisy could not help her what kind of tire place can’t do 1 emergency tire patch with out appointment any respectable tire place would take 5 minutes for a situation like this even more so when with a spare on keep this in mind when getting tires in Plummer Idaho some people are all about money and have no real care about people now she is 20 miles up road Stranded on the side of the road when all she was trying to do was make to her tire appointment in Coeur d’Alene because one of her tires ran something over so 95 tire turns away a tire loosing air with spare on hopefully people can turn some of there buisness away from 95 tire because some places are just more respectable and more deserving of your business just thought I would share this experience November 8th 2022

Being a local small business owner, I always try to support others whom have local small business's. I called Tire Pro's for a recommendation on a good all terrain tire for four season use. I was informed of a few choices. I landed on the Yokohama Geolander X-AT, only to find out that they do not have a snow flake ratting, like the standard Geolander AT. I specifically asked for a tire that would be good in snow and slush, but four season capable as I run one set of tires year round. I just picked the truck up earlier that day when my buddy spotted this and informed me of the Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake Symbol which is starting to be required by law in some parts of Canada and the States. I was not aware that this designation existed prior and should have been made aware of which tires have it and which do not "by the so called tire experts". I called the very next morning, this morning and mentioned my concern to Mike the owner, because my wife drives this truck with our young son and that I had gone off the road with the Cooper SST's that Mike sold me a couple years back for my Bronco. I said, I like them in the summer months and the Bronco is mostly a summer woods rig but it would be nice to be able to safely drive it in the winter. The Bronco wont even climb small hills in St Maries near my kids school when its slushy with those SST's. Mike stated "I would not recommend those tires to anyone" Well then, why did you guys recommended them and sell them to me in 2020? Back to the Yokohama's that I purchased yesterday, when Mike and I spoke to today he fed me a line to avoid an exchange. I made a couple more calls and decided that we should have something with a snow ratting on the Silverado and Mike said "you are making my blood boil, so just bring it back and I will put your old tires back on it" I asked if we could just swap them out with a snow ratted tire and Mike said no. I should have just gone to Discount Tires in Coeur d'Alene. I bought a set of tires there years ago and it was a pleasant experience, they also advertise that they will exchange tires if you are un happy, where Tire Pro's just tells you off. On a side note to Mike whom claims the tires weight dots do not matter, you are incorrect. Some of the manufactures, put dots are for the light side of tire (so you want the dot on valve stem) some put the dot on the heavy side (so you need to be 180 degrees from valve stem for proper balance). I guarantee you that the engineers whom design them, know more then you. You should educate yourself being a tire man, on which manufactures use which dots. It does matter, you just were not knowable or properly trained. Next time, I will take my business to CDA, you have lost repeat business from a local person, for your lake of knowledge, professionalism, quality of work and attitude. Your welcome, a high line tech and engineer with Powersports, Aerospace and Automotive experience of 23 years.

Good service, got us in at the scheduled time, but $70 for an oil change is way too much.
