“I can’t say enough about the incredible service. Not only was every person who helped us genuinely kind, but they went above and beyond to make sure AAA covered the service. When originally AAA said they wouldn’t cover the tow because the car broke down in an unpaved road- Brandon picked up the phone and called them personally, to remind them of their policies and inform them this was a “maintained” off-road location and should be covered. He then managed the entire thing so we didn’t have to start all over and wait in a que when calling AAA back! I mean, WOW! If only every business were this amazing. Thank you, Jim’s for the true help when we needed it.?”
