I can’t say enough about the incredible service. Not only was every person who helped us genuinely kind, but they went above and beyond to make sure AAA covered the service. When originally AAA said they wouldn’t cover the tow because the car broke down in an unpaved road- Brandon picked up the phone and called them personally, to remind them of their policies and inform them this was a “maintained” off-road location and should be covered. He then managed the entire thing so we didn’t have to start all over and wait in a que when calling AAA back! I mean, WOW! If only every business were this amazing. Thank you, Jim’s for the true help when we needed it.?

My camper trailer broke down and I was referred to Jim's Towing. They were prompt, professional, and careful with the camper. Price was very reasonable also. I hope you don't ever, need towing services, but if you do, I recommend Jim's highly.

I had a tire blowout between Spokane and Wallace on my way to MT. I called AAA and Jim’s Towing was dispatched. The initial plan was to be towed to a tire store in Spokane knowing I would have to get a new tire, and I didn’t want to drive 70 miles on a donut. The tow truck driver recommended he just take me to the nearest Les Schwab so I didn’t have to back track if I wanted to continue on to MT. He called his dispatcher and let her know the plan so she could update AAA. This saved me at least 2 hours. He helped me at Les Schwab and was courteous and professional the entirety. Great service and company!

We locked ourselves out of our car at Silver Mt Bike Park in Kellogg, ID. Called our insurance agency for assistance- waited 3 hours for a guy from Spokane who never came. Luckily our insurance company called Jim’s Towing and they were there in 25 minutes. The gentleman was very professional and did his job perfectly. No idea why our insurance company didn’t call Jim’s in the first place- just glad they were able to help us out in a timely fashion.

Definitely Recommend! Blew a tire last night after coming over Lolo Pass. (It seems to never happen in a good location or at a good time) Jim's Towing got to me quickly. Had a couple of issues with repairs but they were helpful in finding a solution. The owner Brandon even came to the scene to check on how things were going. Impressive! If you travel through this area (I90 to MT), save there phone number now. Thank you Brandon and your team that helped me.

Out in the middle of nowhere the other day and my truck would not start. Requested service from AAA. Their app said 4 long hours until someone would get out to me. Just a bit over two hours later, Tom with Jim’s towing service showed up. I rarely take the time to share reviews but Tom went so far above and beyond, I feel I have no choice.
First of all, he did everything in his power to try to get it started for me. I hadn't yet told him that I’d made a backup appointment with a Toyota dealership 50 miles away in CDA. (They will NOT be getting the positive review I’m leaving here).
Anyway, after Tom had put in way more effort than any other driver I’d dealt with, I told Tom that I’d made that appointment. He didn’t bat an eye, loaded the truck and I up and took us in. Even went out of his way to suggest places to bring my wife when she comes out.
Truly not doing him justice, but this guy needs to be recognized. Outstanding customer service and made an extremely unpleasant experience almost fun.

Jim’s towing came out to tow me back to Spokane, WA from Kingston, ID. This was a great group of guys from a small town family owned business. They were professional and respectful of my nice vehicle. The owner even stopped by to check in and let me know his truck was on its way to get me. They were more than fair with their pricing. I’d choose them again anytime!

Brandon was awesome so was his helper Jason they were really quick really helped out in a desperate time especially when it is very scary to get in a car wreck. They were very fast great approachable people I highly highly recommend them.

Our vehicle engine gave up at top of Lookout Pass. They were to our location in less than 15 minutes. Service was expert, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend.
