I brought in my truck with a front bumper pushed in and rubbing on a front tire when I turned.
Caliber Collision pulled on the bumper and put it back in place. No charge!
They fit me in immediately even though they were obviously busy with other jobs.
Highly recommended.

They did a great job fixing my car.
They are very friendly nice and professional. I liked that they have an app that updated me on the process. My car was cleaned and washed really nice inside and out.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Caliber Collision in Payette, Idaho, and I must say, their service was nothing short of superb. I approached them with a rather complex issue - a multi-pro tailgate replacement due to a GMC engineering failure. Given the nature of the problem, I was expecting a run-around and a hefty bill.
However, the team at Caliber Collision proved me wrong. Not only did they handle the task with utmost professionalism, but they also displayed commendable work ethics. Their expertise was evident in the quality of work they delivered. The tailgate replacement was done flawlessly, and my vehicle now functions as good as new.
What impressed me the most was their transparency and fairness in pricing. Contrary to my initial apprehensions, the cost was reasonable, and there were no hidden charges. The entire process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free, which was a refreshing change from my past experiences.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Payette, Idaho, for their exceptional service, professional approach, and fair pricing. They truly stand out in their field, and I am grateful for their outstanding work.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! My vehicle looks amazing as well and everyone who works here kept me updated as I was waiting for them to finish servicing. Hopefully I don't ever have to get work done again but if I do, this will be my number 1 pick.

The staff is nice enough, but the quality of work is pretty awful. We had to take our vehicle back multiple times over 8 months for a basic insurance repair, due to someone backing in to the front of our car in a parking lot.
The staff lied to the insurance company, saying that "the majority of the front end of the car is after market." This is not accurate at all. The only thing that is after market is the grill, which had nothing to do with the major issue that the bumper detaches from the fenders. They also did not tell us until months later, that the car was missing a skid plate/belly pan, that firms up the whole front end of the car.
So we took the car back in multiple times because the bumper would detach from the fenders and we didn't understand why. Nothing about the bumper or fenders is after market.
Even after the belly pan was put on, the bumper still pops out where it attaches to the fenders on each side. They're response was, "We don't know why it keeps doing that."
At this point we have given up and will take it to a different shop to see if we can get it properly fixed, even tho it will be an out of pocket expense. We just want to have good quality work done and to be able to drive our car without worrying about the bumper detaching from the fenders.
I also contacted my insurance company for advice, and they said they will not contract with Caliber, because of how many reports of poor quality work they've received.
