Works great most of the time. when there is a problem with it, it always seems to go out on the weekends. That is sometimes when I need it the most because I am working from home. There is no support on the weekends. If I didn’t live so far out I would find a new carrier. Just like today, it keeps going down and this is a holiday weekend. So frustrating!!!

I just wish they had a number to call when the internet goes down. Phone won't even ring just comes back saying we have not received a valid response. I work online and really need dependable internet. Really nice people to deal with otherwise.

After 12 years of having zero issues with the service, our internet started having issues, they had a tech out the same day, who found and solved the problem quickly (12 year old router gave out so not a problem on their end) and was quite friendly and professional. The office people are also very friendly and helpful when I’ve been in there, so I would definitely recommend them for internet service.

Service with I speed is excellent I can only say they have never failed to solve any problem I've ever had which had been very few.

This WiFi is terrible. Me and my family pay for 5 mg and dont even get 1 mg. I do not recommend this for any one who wants to watch Netflix or play games.
