I can’t say enough good about Dr Ben Barbot and his staff. Liz and Lana are extraordinary. With other doctors I always felt rushed and wondered if something was really wrong would they miss it. Dr. Ben and his staff always great me with a big smile and truly act as though they care. I will never go anywhere else. The name speaks for itself. Thank you Dr Ben and staff for making me feel a part of the Healthcare with Heart family!

Dr Lisa was very good at communicating with my other Drs, if it needed to get done, then she made sure it gone. I don't live in the area now but, I will always see her as a good friend, too. Please, Dr Lisa take good care of my sister and my nephew, should he decide to switch Drs and go see you.

Dr Ben, Is one of the Best Dr I have had for years.; and all Staffing and Co-worker’s are just so Awesome. They all care so much and thorough. I will not see any other Dr. If I don’t have. And I have to Praise Liz (Dr Ben’s Nurse). She is so wonderful. I hope they out last me. Cuz I don’t want to be seen by anyone else. I have had a couple other Dr, NP’s and they are all good and they listen s much to you… you’re not a number here you’re a person. Even Dr Ben’s boys are nice and polite and sweet. I just couldn’t help but say something about Dr’s Boys. They work in summer time.

I see Jo Buhr-Cote. Have seen her for years. She is amazing. The staff at Healthcare With Heart is very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

5/5 for Lisa Phillips. She is the best for healthcare. She doesn’t push anything on you, and always find a way to build rapport by sharing personal stories. Now, 0/5 for the front desk. The last TWO front desk receptionists have been completely incompetent, rude, and a true waste of space. I was so relieved when the last one was leaving, but The new receptionist- Caren. Is it possible to be worse than the last? The absolute definition of asinine. Try again, Healthcare with Heart.

Sarah Chandler, is by far the best most compassionate doctor I've ever had. She listens. You're not just another patient your a PERSON you can sit down and have a conversation and not be rushed.❤ I hope she sees this. Keep being you!-SIncerley your patient who appreciates you.

Unfortunately I can't say the same as most people. I have called the office multiple times. And still waiting on a call back. Yes I know it says if its an emergency to call 911. But a call back from the doctors MA or nurse would be appreciated.We wont always agree with our health care professionals. Maybe I just need to keep looking for a doctor. THERE IS NO DOCTOR LIKE DR. ACOR. MY FAMILY MISSES him!Thank you Keston for being sweet when you called. Unfortunately if I dont feel I can have a good medical relationship with my doc I guess there is no need to be there. .Im entitled to be treated and seen even if we dont share the same beliefs when it comes to shots and vaccinations.

I being seeing Dr Barbot for 5/6 years now. Awesome Dr. And I Just think he’s amazing. He listens, caring and goes over board to help his patients. Problem is the waiting time. Sucks. Just came from there today. I Had an appt at 9:40. Well finally at 11:20. After watching patients come in after 10 & getting call back before me and feeling like I was going to throw up (told nurse). And sitting for another hour I left. I needed to go lay down and so I didn’t throw up. I never seen the Dr. I walked out. He’s so over booked and long waiting times. This is like 4 time I have waited over 1 hour. Sometimes been 2 hours. Good luck. Guess he doesn’t have time for me. Find another Dr unfortunately!!!! I would also like to say I know I am not the only Patient (as one Nurse told me a few months ago) but my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. And shouldn’t have to wait that long when you have an appt. Maybe 15 minutes. Sometimes little longer. But I can see it at ER Hospital. But when you have a set time! My son will miss Dr Ben also. But I am not gonna wait an hour or 2 hours for an appt I had.Just Needed. A Medication Refill. Takes me at most 15 minutes. Most of time not even that!

I am very blessed to have such a kind caring doctor. Dr Barbot is the best doctor! I feel so blessed to have found him. The staff is wonderful! They have all been so helpful and they do their best to make things right. Very kind and caring people.

I've been going to healthcare with heart for a very long time. Never had a doctor's office treat me so nicely and with respect. My doctor is awesome. He really cares about you and your needs.

I am not impressed with this place at all. My father sees Ben barbot and he is a nice enough guy and down to earth.. he doesn't follow thru with anything . My dad has some medical issues we are trying to get to the bottom of and find out exactly what's wrong and Ben orders the tests , my dad had the testing done and we never hear from the office until we call to.find out that not once but twice they claim to not have gotten my dad's results. The girls upfront are rude and unwelcoming. They are always so behind for appointments. My dad had an appointment today at noon it's almost 2 PM and he still hasn't been seen. It's ridiculous and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone. My dad has been here for over 2 years now and we have never had a good experience

I called to establish care with this facility after recently moving to Payette and that was well over a week ago and have yet to get a callback, so I will be reaching out to somewhere else.
