Manger is very rude to customers. She and a coworker left a cart in an isle, we tried to get around in with our cart. She made a very loud comment about us. If you’re going to make a comment wait till the customer walks away. Poor management

I’m not sure that Family Dollar is doing this on purpose. After 6 months of playing this game I’m convinced IT is INTENTIONALLY OVER CHARGING THE PUBLIC. I purchase 2 specific items. Every time over the past 6 months these 2 items ring up higher than listed on the shelf price. Each time I let the cashier know they will say “oh we are in a price change, or argue that price was correct, then have someone override it then inform me that the price will be changed. This has been going on for at least 6 months on the same 2 items. HOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE BEING OVER CHARGED AND NOT CATCHING IT. After 6 months of keeping track and the same old story at the register IT is OBVIOUS FAMILY DOLLAR IS DECEPTIVE IN BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I've had good experiences with Family Dollar before elsewhere but this store falls short. The sales associate could have chosen to help me a little more but didn't. It's because they don't have the number of items to sell for the promoted special. Other stores can often make adjustments or provide a rain check but this store will not.

I was recently in the store at Payette with my uncle who had purchased a couple of phone cards. The cashier stated that her printer on her register was not working and asked if he wanted to continue and he said yes, not realizing that he needed the receipt from the register to make the phone card work. Of course the cashier apparently wasn’t trained well enough in her position to know that you have to have that receipt to activate the phone card. She said I could call back and speak to her manager on Saturday which I did. The manager was extremely rude over the phone when she answered which took quite a few rings before she picked up. She was very unwilling to help in the situation and didn’t really want to hear anything that I had to say about any of it. Instead, she gave me a phone number to call for some incom phone place which, of course now is closed because it’s the weekend. The manager stated that she had worked for the company for four years and she did not know anything about the phone cards. I have worked in customer service and in retail quite a bit in my life and I do know that as a manager, you should know everything about the products that you sell and you should train your people to know as well. I explain to her that my uncle was disabled and didn’t understand e she cut me off and said that is too bad he should know what he’s doing. This is the worst family dollar store I have ever been in and I will not return. Somebody should teach these employees customer service because it sucked. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office as well.

It's so so awesome I sometimes go to family dollar store in Parma to see this middle aged woman she's always busy no matter what she will do anything to help anyone she's a older woman thank God for Shirley I would like to say a prayer for her the girls at family general would also go out of there way to help (Dear father in heaven watch over all theses employees there's no body like them in Jesus' name amen)

I think the website needs to be updated as of the times that they are open and closed. I made a trip 20 minutes away to come to the store and they were closed when I got there and the website said that I had an hour before they were supposed to be closing.
