I am reviewing as an employee of Ashley Manor Beverly Hills. When I initially thought about taking on employment here, I was very nervous and sceptical because of reviews I seen. I went through the interview process and within my first step into the building, I had a good idea of how things were ran. Now, about 6 months later, I'm absolutely in love with my job; it is entirely rewarding, my team (co workers) and our Building Administrators have hearts full of compassion, and will do anything to advocate for our residents. If I ever was in a position to place a family member, and I have been, I would recommend a Ashley Manor Home.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and safety precautions. Our elder’s condition has improved a lot since he entered the facility. He’s standing again! Can’t say enough about the quality of the staff and the facility.

I have personally seen a huge change in this facility over the last few years. The administration and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and treat each and every resident as if they are family. They have made the facility a home; it is clean, decorated well, welcoming, safe and peaceful. I have visited during meals and they always smell AND look very yummy. I strongly recommend this facility for exceptional care of your loved one.

The staff really care about the residents and will go the extra mile. The administrator and corporate off care more about covering their butts and making sure they have all the power. A lot of residents not being told when their medications change. Administrator also likes to accuse before knowing any facts, both with residents and staff.Staff and assistant administrator are awesome, any farther up the food chair and they dont care about anything but themselves.

The staff at this facility are some of the most compassionate people I know. Tracy does an amazing job ensuring that every resident is cared for, and you never doubt that she cares for each resident on a personal level. Additionally, this facility is wonderfully decorated and really makes it feel like home. I would recommend Ashley Manor to anyone!

I have worked at this facility for 5 years and I can easily say this is the happiest our residents have been. We take pride in our cleanliness, positive and loving attitudes towards our residents. Our Administrator Tracy goes to great lengths to keep our staff and residents happy, often on her own time, with her own resources and money.

My father has been there for over a year now and I'm completely satisfied with the care he's received and is currently receiving. When I've had any concerns or questions the management has addressed those concerns promptly. The staff as of the date of this review does care and seems to be genuine in their concern for the health and well being of the people living there.

Food is horrible, the staff lazy and impersonal.

Will fire you with false accusations to save their own mistakes. The bosses Will let residents sit at the dinner table for hours on end with snot running from their nose instead of assisting them with eating. Bosses spend majority of their time on cell phones. I know from personal experience
