What is going on with the Parma Post Office lately. Some time Monday night they dropped of two packages at our house on Pearl Road and left them on the back porch. We did not find them until yesterday. They were not our packages at all, they were for an address on HWY 95, no where close to our house numbers. Luckily we were able to deliver them to the correct address today. What worries me is the two packages were from Medline and contained medical supplies that were needed at the original address. Has anyone else experienced this happening to them? What can be done to make sure this does not happen again? Looks like lack of training on the USPS side and a mindset that they don't care about the mail getting to the rightful people. Glad we caught it when we did. They did not knock on the door or attempt to let us know they had been delivered, even to the wrong address

Worst mail service I have ever seen. I'm constantly getting other people's mail. It's always late and now my daughter's birthday is ruined because of our Mail carrier deciding not to deliver.

Watched the delivery driver drive to my mail box, put in a "could not deliver" note and drive away. they didn't even try to deliver my package, 6/1/21this post office is the worst I've ever seen.

My mail deliverer will not bring my packages to my door, she puts a slip in my mail box saying she missed me when ive been home. Then when i go to the office to pick up my package, they give me the wrong packages. Worst post office ever.

This has to be the worst post office. They always deliver the wrong mail. And if you have a package scheduled to be delivered one day. You always have to wait until the next day to receive it. And no matter how many times you call and complain. Nothing ever changes.
