“I only have one complaint, and that is that our carrier piles boxes into my mail box by our apartments which I can't remove unless I cut the boxes and almost ruin my merchandise. The hole that they put the stuff through is bigger than the hole we take it out of. Please leave my boxes inside my screen door, its always unlocked, thank you.”

“I called because a package I had sent was being returned to sender due to missing information, which was 100% my mistake. I called them and explained what happened and gave them the tracking info, literally within minutes they had fixed the error and said it would be delivered the next day, and I got the call from the person receiving the package and sure enough, they got it. I don’t know who I talked to but they were wonderful, such a small thing to do but to me it meant so much.”
