Oldtown ID store manager “Ben” helped me exchange a trailer tonight. Ben was efficient, patient, and greeted every single customer we met during the exchange process. Ben’s level of customer service was stellar!

I had wonderful service from Jenny, the store manager and from her staff at the store. I had trouble with TS online ordering (poor system) and she was able to pull my item from stock and hold it for me till the next day. Thank you all!

Awesome store, awesome people, bought a log splitter today and had amazing help from Ben and Larry at the end…it’s the little victories now days, getting the kind of customer service I did today makes me feel like I still live in America!!!

The store is laid out very well. Friendly staff. Good prices and lots of options. The staff was helpful in finding the items I needed. I was able to buy fencing at a lower price, rather than driving all the way to Ponderay. The guys in the yard loaded my truck for me.

I ordered a product via the computer it was ready for pick up. Picking it up the next day, it wasn't ready & parts were missing. Damon, made it right with us. Not only pleased but totally surprised how quickly he made us feel like valued customers. The young lady at the desk also ?. This is why will continue to come to this store from Spirit Lake

Tractor supply as a store, I have no issues with. It’s the local store employees that I have a issue with. There has been some new people brought in, others have left. The level of competence has dropped. We asked once, do have any duck pellets in the back because your shelf is out. The lady asked over the radio can ducks have pellets. We corrected and she asked the same question. In calling corp about a trailer rental issue, I find out that it’s up to the stores to deal with insurance issues on trailer renatls. I am stating this mostly as a fyi as it is not a corp thing. Also customer service does not have access to rental agreements that are signed. That’s a very disconcerting fact. So we have to go back to a store that we are having issues with to get any copy’s of rental agreements.

Always great service, Damion has always been helpful and as for staff turn over - it's happening EVERYWHERE. People don't want to work anymore! I do love this store, and other stores we've frequented on our deliveries. But this location is our home store ❤️

Let it be known that I will change my rating and continue with this transaction if they just do the right thing. Until then....Terrible. Returning my stove before I received it, because I haven't received it! Ordered Feb 12th. Original delivery ETA Feb22, then Feb 24, then Feb 28, then N/A, then Mar 4th, then Mar 3rd, then back to Mar 4th. The stove is sitting on a dock a couple of miles away from me but Tractor Supply would not release MY STOVE to me as a will call. Again, I already paid!! This is MY STOVE they will not "release" to me! I understand most policies are there for a reason but this is bull. Additionally, Tractor Supply tracking shows the stove to be in North Dakota since Feb 21 (today is March 3), not true. I had to contact the trucking company to find out it is in my town. So their tracking is no good either.Update: the stove showed up damaged after all of this.

I used to love TSC when it opened and for a year of so after. Since then the employee turnover is significant.Some of the new staff (Tayler being one) is kind. wonder why they lost all of the good people .....who remember us...ask about family and pets. like Kiana (the pregnant one & the young blonde at checkout .. and the older blond at checkout who was fast and funny?Seems sad now..will go to Mary's I guess

Damion is rude, and they cancel deliveries rather than trying to work with the contractor when he shows up to deliver something THEY put the wrong dimensions on. I don't mess with your money, pretty lame to mess with mine, then report me because YOU put the dimensions for the box even though you're shipping the built display. When YOU mess up, don't blame the driver!

What's not to love?!?!? I have yet to find anything negative. Other than I wish we had one closer to where I live.
