“I recently had a vehicle hitch malfunction towing my RV and ended up in New Plymouth, Idaho on my way to Lewiston. After struggling to fix my issues I finally realized I was going to have to leave my trailer and go home to fix my receiver hitch. I happened to be parked next to the brand new Davis RV & Mini Storage lot so I called the number on the sign and explained my situation. I needed to leave it for 2-3 days and she was very eager to help me out. Although I was very willing to pay by the day she would have none of it and just wanted to help me out of my jamb. When I returned a couple days later her son confirmed that and refused to take any payment. They were just glad to help out. I was very grateful to be able to leave my trailer in a safe, secure spot and to also deal with such helpful people. I also would like to commend the local law enforcement and city workers who assisted me in getting my trailer moved to the storage lot. Everybody involved helped turn a somewhat stressful situation into a much easier problem to deal with. It was my first experience with New Plymouth and its residents and I am very impressed.”
