“I received wonderful service from Lori. I was stranded very early in the morning and barely made it to this place, in a rental, thousands of miles away from home. Lori was a blessing. She let me warm up and clean up after a long drive. I was able to get gas and some food at 4am, in what seemed like a ghost town. For something called "the hammer store" it was surprisingly well kept and cozy. Everything was clean and well stocked. I was able to find everything I needed and more. Lori gave me directions and basically helped me out as much as anyone ever could. Thanks very much, this place is awesome!”
“Been to this location quite a few times and never been disappointed. Always friendly staff, clean store and good prices whether it's gas, food/drinks, or tobacco and alcohol products. For a gas station their hot food is pretty good compared to other stations in the area. I recommend people to come here and fill your tanks, grab a bite and a drink for on the road, and fill a yeti cooler with your favorite beer on ice for that long weekend trip”

“I can't express enough how much I appreciate Pick and Pack. It has always been such a welcoming and kind environment, and anytime I stop in it's both a pleasure and a nostalgia trip. I remember stopping in at eleven years old to get myself burritos with couch-cushion change and at times when I came a few cents short, Trina would cover it for me and I'd be able to have a hot meal. I see, too often, small businesses in Fruitland fail due to the excess of large corporations operating right over the bridge in Ontario, so it makes me truly happy that Pick and Pack has thrived despite it all. The employees are wonderful and kind, the snacks, coffee and hot food are reasonably priced, and a big plus for me was having such a great business within walking distance. I was also incrediby appreciative of the lunchtime meal deals they had for high schoolers during the school year. All in all, Pick and Pack is a wonderful little shop that has provided me with great memories, and I'm excited to see it continue to thrive in the future.”

“Ya ever go somewhere and think to yourself, “Man, I oughta keep rolling.”? Don’t! Great place. Fair parking. The jewel of this store is its employees! Especially Maria. She’s the manager. She was here when I arrived this morning around seven and I’m getting ready to roll and she’s STILL here. Had a little issue with the dump down in Willard Utah. Pure and utter incompetence down there. They gave me the wrong fuel receipt and I’ve got to have my hard copies. Maria figured it out and made it happen. Tom her a few phone calls but her diligence got it done. I took a candid photo of her in action. I asked her if I could use it when I posted a review on Google or I’ll delete it and that will be ok as well. She said she didn’t mind. Come see her and her clean store and excellency in customer service on a high level. Got a shower here. Let me tell you, those showers are clean, hot water and highly pressurized! Personally, I want to feel like I’m being pressure washed. I didn’t leave disappointed. ?”

“I enjoy stopping here and getting a bite to eat and drink. Just learned today that the Coffee Cup Cafe closed permanently just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Stinker is waiting for someone else to lease the restaurant and get it back open, hopefully with actual truck stop hours. I miss the sit down restaurant, but the store does have goodies for sell like nachos and warm cheese spread!”
“This is the best Jackson’s in the area in my opinion! Joey manages better than anyone I’ve seen and his employees are the greatest! Everyone who works there greets me by name everytime I go in (which is a lot, almost every day if not multiple times per day.) all the employees have been there for a significant amount of time and are a pleasure to deal with. Even my dog likes to hang out there! My loyalty lies with this location! Keep up the good work Jackson’s!”

“While traveling I got to feeling a little under the weather so to speak.We lost the Walgreens where we live and were sad when it closed.We like Walgreens a lot, and appreciated the fact that they didn't crumble under pressure on tobacco like CVS did.I like to smoke a cigar while driving long trips. Walgreens always has a good selection.We got our medicine, snacks, drinks, and cigars all in one convenient place.You can't beat Walgreens in my opinion.Almost always you will get a courteous clerk .And there is always someone around to help you find anything you need.If you are in the area stop by for your needs. Tell them Mark sent you.You won't get a discount, but you will drive them crazy wondering who Mark is!!!”

“As far as truck stops go,this has the cleanest showers I have ever been in.The bathrooms are also very clean and stocked.All the employees are friendly.Got stuck here for 3 days,its a smaller one but it serves its purpose.”
“I don't go here often but when I do it's for the air pump! I've checked Jacksons up by Albertsons and the other Chevron down the street from Jacksons and both are broken. It costs 2.00 and they accept cards too! The employees were very nice when I asked for quarters as well”
