Not a professional bank! They don't have a lot of features like most other banks, including credit unions and will lock your account after talking to them on the phone.

Terrible exchange rate. Not only are they screwing you in the exchange rate they charge you a fee on top of it. Changed 17750 Thai baht back to us dollars. This small transaction of a few hundred dollars ended up costing me about 60 bucks....go somewhere else!
