“After having a horrible experience in Boise in their jewelry department. I went to Nampa to see if they could help me. The manager was wonderful, walked me through some scenarios as to why my ring has been delayed.she tried to call the warehouse where rings are shipped to to get reaized but they were already closed for the day. She gave me the warehouse number so I could call them the next day and ask them to look up my ring to figure out what is going on. I really appreciate her!”
“I have been looking for years for a bra that fits me. I have a smaller cup and larger band, and I have tried almost everything. As someone who worked in retail for 10 years, I’m picky when it comes to guest service. Rebecca helped get me sized, and brought me nearly every bra in the store to try on. She was beyond helpful, kind, easy going, and stylish! She even helped me find some sale options. I walked away with three great fitting bras for less than $100. “This was my first time at this location, and I was blown away by the customer service! I’m an online order girly but had a return and exchange. Rya welcomed me when I walked in and noticed I had a return and helped me right away! She was very patient and helpful. She also told me they were doing a 90s inspo dress up day and she totally rocked the part! ? On my way out another employee told me bye and to have a great day. As someone who typically doesn’t like to shop in store it was a pleasant experience that makes me want to go back! Thank you girls xo”
“Excellent place to get your hair cut and colored. They have an amazing staff of professionals. I have had my hair cut and colored here. Super friendly. Both experiences were good and with different stylists. The salon is at the back of the store by bedding. You can easily book online sometimes the same day. If you enter the doors facing Happy Valley Rd., enter and then take the 2nd left back to the salon. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.”

“Love this place plenty of options, the sections are a bit unorganized but that's what happens when you have hundreds of people shifting through clothes. Only complaint is fix the alarms on the shoes. I hate checking out a pair of shoes and having the alarm blare off because I moved them a bit. Need more cashier's the check of line is insanely long and slow moving”

“Was looking for an outfit for my nephews wedding and couldn't find one I felt good in at any stores..I look up the boutique and messaged them,and she was so awesome sent me pictures of dresses and I went in the next day she remembered me and I fell in love with her store!
