I just love walmart! I always but way more than I actually went shopping for, since they have at all. I don't care for their clothes much, but if they don't have what you're looking for in store, online they have it all!

DON’T order a pickup order, here. On my first order, this was horrible experience. “Lost my tote of items” and then took a very long time to re-pick the items…. Which were the wrong size. Careless performance by this team of employees.

I had to run in and grab a couple of things; I forgot my wallet at home so I was just going to use my tap pay and turns out they didn’t have tap pay. I had to leave everything. I feel like if you are that big of an establishment you have to have tap pay.

This Walmart is always super clean and organized. Pleasure to shop here. Had only one issue at checkout. The chip reader on express wasn't reading my card. First time that's happened. Might want to keep on eye on them. Not a big deal. But to someone that's in a real hurry...

I would start by saying that I come to this walmart everyday, we have never had a problem before, and we love virtually all of the staff. A couple days prior to our last visit we saw that the tru moo chocolate and strawberry milk was cheaper than it normally is 1.16 for chocolate 1.14 for strawberry. The man who helped us when rang up as 3 dollars was very nice and honored the price on the shelf. Tonight's however we noticed that the price was still that cheap price so we thought they must have fixed it. But when it rang up it came up as 3 dollars again, a young man was trying to help us honor the price on the shelf when another representative named Frida insisted that we pay the price that rang up and made us wait twenty minutes total for the young man to check and confirm that what we said was true and then further insisted that we get a manager involved. After the twenty minutes we gave up and bought one, but I was very hurt that we would be so openly and publicly accused of lying and theft. We are happy to take our business elsewhere but it makes us feel bad because we really like all the other staff

Poor customer service, poor produce poor experience overall. Please bring back actual cashiers, friendly ones!!! Not all these people looking at you like why the hell are you here.. i think i speak for the majority of the population in south nampa but this walmart needs more and better customer service.
Even though the store across the street is more expensive, my family 100000% rather go there for those friendly “Hi, welcome in”, or having cashiers for those times you have 3,4,5 hundred dollars worth of groceries. Who wants to do that and still have to pay full price for your items???
Albertsons is better.

Good prices and selection at the cost of service. The thing I don't understand is why do they offer such crummy carts??? Your competitor are Target offers way better carts. I always go to Target if possible just for that reason. I have to through 5 different carts eecu time just to find 1 that is serviceable!!!

Edit, again, November 24, Angelina is at it AGAIN 🤣 still lets Mexican families walk on by with a cart full of stuff, but when I or my husband are buying 5 items, she follows us to the door while breathing down our necks. If management isn't gonna step the hell up and get this old bat off of everyone's backs, I'll be happy to make a scene next time I'm at the store!
I don't often call employees out by name - but one front end staff member stands out to me. Angelina works the market side and monitors the self check out. I understand that it is the employees' responsibility to keep theft in check, but it is not their responsibility to breathe down your neck when you are purchasing 4 items. It is also not professional to allow some people to go about their business when they set off the door alarm, but watch someone else's every move and virtually try to snatch their receipt out of their hand to "ensure everything was paid for".
I'm sure I sound like everyone else saying this, but if you're so concerned about theft, why move to almost exclusively self check out? Cameras are in place for a reason, don't take your job so seriously. I will go out of my way to make sure Angelina stops harassing me every time I shop at this location. Not cool y'all. Do better.
