Unbelievable, apparently they have changed all their systems to where they no longer accept credit cards unless you want to go wait for 30 min in one of the "2", that's right "2" lanes for the entire store that still have a person working at the check out. Not one of the two different clerks that came over to help me even knew how their new system worked they both just told me Walmart no longer accepted credit in the self checkout??? It's bad enough at this store when you can't drive down some of the isles in the parking lot because there are 80 blocking them. Or when you ask a associate where something is, they never have a clue. Or the isles in the store you cant push a cart down because they have nine kids merchandising the same isle, and when you say excuse me they can't hear you as they all have earbuds in, same as when you ask for assistance. This place needs a competent manager sooo bad, as this store has reached extraordinary levels of incompetence.

My wallet went missing from my cart. I reported it. The wallet was eventually retrieved from the employee break room without the $80 in cash. I will never feel safe shopping here again. They lied to me, first by saying that they could not view the observation tapes without the police there and then by saying that they had already looked at the tapes and not found anything. What a horrible store and what horrible employees.

One of the dirtiest, poorly organized, down-right disgusting stores I have ever been in. There's a reason I have not shopped a WalMart in years, today capped it. The toy department is a complete mess and employees stocking items don't even care to straighten up the mess. They look and act like brainless drones and won't even look up or offer assistance. Saw groups of teenagers tearing up merchandise, there should have been a manager on staff that would care enough to kick them out of the store. It's very obvious why no one wants to work at this location. I will continue buying my needs at Fred Meyer or Target as they actually CARE!! Add 12th to the list of shuttering stores, truly NO ONE would miss it. This location is a disgrace to every department store in the country!! It's very apparent WalMart doesn't care about customers, condition and appearance of their stores and stocking items, might as well go out of business! I and my family will NEVER shop there again!!!!!!!!!!! One star is one star TOO MANY!

This Walmart had the longest lines. The customer at the head of my line took 30 minutes to check out. Something just ain't right there.

Some of the worst customer service if you want to call it that. There is never enough check out staff and now it's almost exclusively self check out. Doubt. Prices are ridiculous bless and a lot of the national brands are no longer in stock.

If I could give this rating to a specific young male employee (might be a manager) who assisted me around 9:15 p.m., because of his assistance I am posting this review without reservation. I won't go into detail to describe the experience, however, I will briefly state that this associate or manager went above and beyond to assist me as a customer. I normally avoid Walmart on 12th avenue for many reasons I will not go into on this review. My experience last evening has impacted view on shopping at this Walmart. Walmart you have a very valuable employee that cares about customer service. Many thanks to the Walmart employees who assist customers and work hard to keep Walmart a customer service oriented store. You are valued very much!

So I wish Yelp would let me post a new review for a separate new experience. They don't. Therefore update is an average of old review of 2 stars & new one of 5 stars. But there's no 3.5 (5+2=7, then 72=3.5)& think 4 would be deceptive based on my prior experience, so I made it a 3. Today was dramatically different though. I got here about 11:30 am? But when I got in my car, my radio wasn't messed up from having changed out battery so I initially turned off car & opened trunk (the Saturn car I drive has a battery in the trunk grrr), expecting to find old battery still there, thinking they'd scammed me. But it wasn't. Win! So not only did they do job quickly & reimburse for $10 battery core chg that I pd when ordered online (showed him order on phone from my Walmart acct), they changed a car battery without messing up the whole radio & clock!!! MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE THAN BEFORE! THANK YOU! - - - 2 stars was from Friday before thanksgiving, 2018. Things seemed okay at first cuz I could order tires by phone and pay when they arrived. I lowered score because it turns out they'd either stolen one of my tires I was replacing, or were very inattentive in that area. I'd told them I wanted to keep 3 "good" tires that had a bit of tread left to use for a spare (or I'd give if someone needed a temporary spare) & they could discard damaged one. When I got home I just unloaded the tires into garage & didn't realize right away, but a couple months later I realized they returned 2 good tires and my damaged one to me. So they either stole a used tires from me or didn't pay attention to return all my good tires to me as they'd agreed when I'd asked them to. I thank them for teaching me a lesson. I don't leave places without verifying things now. Sad. I don't have $ to spare or waste usually. They were also incompetent replacing the hubcaps or wheel covers, such that the valve stems were not accessible & I had to interrupt my trip on a Sunday night when I was as far as Winnemucca to see my friend in CA with cancer to find a Walmart to get it fixed, so I could make sure my tire pressures were good & such. The tires were low enough in tread & already not acting that great for traction that when one got irreparably damaged I just bought new tires to prepare for winter weather, even though I couldn't really afford it at the time, but Walmart had the best price for tires and install for the well-rated affordable tires I wanted, & they ordered them and had them in 2 days! Initially I couldn't figure out if 3 or 4 stars was appropriate. I gave the benefit of the doubt because otherwise it seemed like a good experience. But small details on a vehicle left neglected or done incorrectly can be a matter of life & death or 1000s of $$$ in repair or replacement costs like a local tire place review that said that folks didn't tighten the lug nuts properly and the wheel flies off and the axle breaks, etc. So due to theft or just double incompetency I've lowered it to a 2. What if my tire (due to my not being able to check the tire pressures) had blown at highway speeds in a desolate area with nothing for miles around and spotty cellular cuz I couldn't check my air pressures, or something as equally devastating, when I could barely afford tires to begin with and was traveling to see a far-away friend with cancer?! I wouldn't have gotten new tires at that time if I hadn't been driving on a donut for 3-4 weeks with winter approaching with 3 other tires with lots more miles on them that I wasn't happy with last winter! & I needed to travel to see my friend with cancer. Everything seemed great at the time & they stayed open late to put the tires on my car on a Friday night even though I got there at 6ish & they w
