Don’t go here if you can avoid it! First they down know how to bill whenever they bill my kids rx the have to bill two different insurances, some insurance prefers brand so you have to get an over ride to get it to go through they never know how to deal with it so they put it on hold which is annoying, then when they order medication they put it on hold and according to on of the pharmacy tech she said there system doesn’t auto populate it into there que when the order comes in, I have work at different pharmacy and not one of them didn’t have a system that didn’t do that and even if you don’t have that in your system your pharmacy should have some way of tracking orders that come in one place I work at they printed the labels so they new who need meds filled. They come up with excuses that don’t even match the situation this same tech tried to tell that is was the fill date the pbr put in but I know that wasn’t true cause the previous tech had told me what really happen that had nothing to do with my issue. Honestly they don’t care about their customer and too many people not know what to do.

I called on November 23, 2024, to inquire about my medication. I have been waiting for 10 days now and they keep telling me they’re out of stock so today I finally decided to call again. This young lady by the name of Ardy answered the phone and stated I’m so sorry that you have waited more than 10 days for your prescription. She told me I would go back and see if we had any on the shelves that I could refill your medication. She told me she had enough to do a partial refill, which was perfect because I’m leaving on vacation and that would be enough to cover until I get back. She was the only one who took the time to look and see if they had any medication on the shelves. Everyone else kept telling me they were out of stock and that they were out of stock. I just want to say that she has excellent customer service is an amazing employee and cares about the customers who need their medication. Thank you Ardy!

Mind boggling...not sure if corporation is aware of exterior. Embarrassed its in my neighborhood. Used to be clean, beautifully landscaped, maintained.

Went to urgent care and they fax a prescription into Walmart. However, Walmart changed there hours, but the Walgreens in the community was still open.
My wife went down there and they said it’s going to be a while but they were sure that they will get it done before they closed. I got my prescription thanks for the pharmacy for working hard with all the patients they had in mind. They are on Greenhurst and 12th. -Michael D.

This store doesn’t deserve a 1star at all. Went to pharmacy to pick up a steroid and inhaler for COPD flare up after receiving a text that my life saving medication was ready for pick up at 1:16pm by the time I got there I was turned away after standing in line waiting mind you I called hours before to ask if my prescriptions were ready was told the steroid was ready but the inhaler was not. That I should wait to be notified. it should be a policy that if it’s life saving medication it should be given at once what difference does it make to wait 5 min to take your lunch as opposed to someone that can’t breath. What a shame that they were rude and unnecessarily unhelpful. Also I will be filing a complaint with Walgreens corp offices as well.

Overall I've had positive experiences here. The staff has always been friendly to me. I do think there is room for improvement in the the ever changing pharmacy hours. It seems like often times when I go to the pharmacy, there's a new sign posted with new pharmacy hours which makes the planning of my prescription pick-up somewhat difficult.

This is only because I couldn’t leave a zero. My medication comes in a three month supply this pharmacy changes that so that you have to pay for one at a time which is more than all three would be. At first they told me they fixed it then they told me that they were out of the medication. They just called and told me they had but they would sell it to me at the price for 1 which was $40 vs $30 for 3. I have had trouble with this place in the past for the same reason. I honestly feel they need to be investigated. I am sure I’m not the only one they’re doing this too. The pharmacist said she couldn’t help what my insurance charged. I said my insurance said that they hadn’t changed it and the girl I just spoke with said she fixed it so you guys changed it. The vermis was extremely rude, as well as the person who answered the phone. What’s your dollars when it comes to this place as I said this is not the first time it’s happened to me again it needs to be investigated

Worst pharmacy in town they lie, short your prescription. Lie about pick up dates on controlled substances one that happens to be one I can die from. I’ve been needing to ask my pcp to up it anyways which I’m sure she would but has been out the whole last month. Worst experience when I called in, Sungjae the pharmacist was so arrogant & rude. He said my sons prescription wasn’t in and did nothing, so I suggested he call the other Walgreens because they said they have it and for me to pick up at his location, he said I was being rude and didn’t have to help me, which I thought was off because I wasn’t mad or yelling, just asking him to call the other Walgreens then he hung up on me without even indicating if he was going to call or not. I called back to get his name and he refused to give it to me, he refused to transfer me or hand my call off to another employee, it was like arguing with a child. So I called walgreens store dept to get someone to tell me who I just dealt with. The manager was kind and apologized and informed me his name but said the pharmacist works at all Walgreens throughout the TV area, so that’s enough for me to never deal with Walgreens pharmacy again if I ever have to come across that crazy person with lack of common work ethic or customer service . I just can’t believe the scenario I went through with that pharmacist, Sungjae, he indicated at the beginning of the call that there was nothing he could do and got all upset when I suggest he call the other location that has my prescription in and I could pick up with them. I’ve honestly never dealt with someone so unhinged with reality and never want to again.

Been going here for 3yrs now. I'm so tired of this particular Walgreens NOT getting my prescriptions in when they say. I CANNOT be late on one particular script. Yet every month, even with 1 weeks notice, sometimes 2 weeks, they still can't figure it out. I've been lied to many times that my prescription is to arrive on a certain day. Only to find out it's not even ordered!! GO TO A DIFFERENT WALGREENS.
