The adorable blonde sales associate who helped us was fantastic very quick very thorough. Gave us all the options. Didn't try to upsell us on anything we wouldn't need just fantastic and quick customer service.

Brandon,,the manager spent an exceptional amount of time discussing my lost phone ordeal and my options., Rarly , if ever do I I experience this level of customer support. This is the village vorizon marketplace store in Nampa. I’d give him 12,stars out of 10.

Destiny and Kira are amazing went Friday night to upgrade 3 phones and we’re only able to upgrade 1 at the time went back Saturday and destiny helped my case was complicated poor girl felt bad for her but she was able to take a challenge went back again today and kira was there to take a challenge she helped me through along with destiny for almost 4 hours!! They deserve a raise or a promotion!!! They are the ones to go too ! Thank you guys !!! You guys did amazing !!!

We had a very pleasant visit to your store located at marketplace and work with a person named Jess and she was very good and knowledgeable. We really appreciated that very much. We just wanted to let you know what a great job she did. I would highly recommend Verizon especially just for anyone interested in either upgrading or buying a new cell phone Dale and Tina Martin.

This store sucks. I went in with my wife to get new service and phones. Sat at a table for like 15 minutes while employees looked at us and none of them ever said a word. We walked out and I went to the legit Corporate store on the boulevard . Don’t waste time here. They don’t care. Go to the corporate store and get taken care of.

Jess at the Verizon store on Marketplace is Nampa DESERVES A RAISE! She helped me with a gizmo watch that multiple others and help lines couldn't fix! She was professional and kind and made the whole process so easy! Thank you again Jess!!

My phone completely died last night. Anthony was able to charge my phone and start it up enough to allow me to buy a new phone and transfer all of my stuff to my new phone. He was super helpful and explained everything so that I understood.

Came here after leaving another Verizon store due to bad service. Not the case hear!!! Anthony was awesome. Got my daughter a new phone and was great to work with. My new VZ store!!!
