I added 2 phones to my plan cause you get it for free when ansd a line.. and upgraded mine. I I was told my payment would be X amount and it actually doubled 2 months later. I also see they added an extra 16 pro to my plan that I’m paying for which I wanted or received. They said it’s to save me money?? Makes no sense. Literally not saving money, obviously, and am in a contract now for a phone I’ve never wanted. At this point you guys owe me for what I’ve paid out. Also need this ghost phone removed. Grrrr

Had Multiple Horrible experiences over the past week. Had issues with My wife's phone and text messaging. everyone we talked too told us they did not know what's going on and we need to buy a new Phone. We felt that we were blown off as if our issues didn't matter. Finally bought the new Phone and still had the same issue with the new Phone. Come to find it was an issue on the backend of the account. Therefore, we had no need to pay for a new phone. Train your staff to be better at customer service and not all answers are buy a new Phone. I have now wasted money I didn't need to spend. Plus, when we purchased the new phone the guy didn't communicate or help with any questions disappeared for 15 minutes then handed us the phone without any explanation or even attempt to help set up phone to see if it would fix the issue. Where has Customer Service gone in this world.

Went into to upgrade my phone. The guy was good with the device upgrade. However he changed my plan without telling me. So I lost my Disney bundle that I had previously I also lost my unlimited hotspot. After being on hold for 45 minutes the CSR basically told me I couldn’t change back because it was a grandfathered plan and no longer available. Now I’m paying more money for less stuff. Not happy!!!!!!

Don't waste your time here. Go to the corporate store in Nampa. Caldwell store is understaffed and works way to slow. Arrogant employees as they talk about customers that have gone out, I love Verizon but this store represents the brand barely.

I used to think Verizon had excellent service. I have a fairly new phone decided to dash my way to the coast over the summer. So in July i drop my phone. im all the way in Astoria my phone starts to glitch turns black and its done. Verizon tells me i have to file a claim. I do that and the closest you break it fix it store is some where in Portland. Some 85+ miles away. I was door dashing so no service no $ no gps hard to find anything. Some how i manage to get to Portland and its a nightmare. Every Verizon store i go to gives me another story another address. Im freaking at this point. Im one step away from ending up living in my car starving to death. Anyways to make this long story short. I finally finally get back to Idaho and decided to go to the store that i bought my phone from originally. I actually thought that was a good idea. And the guy i talked to was the most unhelpful snotty employee i have ever met. He said something insulting as he walked away. I asked him what he said 2x he pretend not to hear me. I will never go back there.
I don't understand why I pay soo much for a phone service, top of the line phone, internet, insurance to boot. And I have service about 45% of the time.

Went in to get help with a non working screen told me there was nothing they could do when I had insurance through them. Awful service waited over an hour and no help. Oner was the manager was the worst. Damion was trying to be helpful but didn’t have the tools to help. more money spent than needed when I have a family to provide for and paid for insurance this is ridiculous corporate greed

Went in to pre order the iPhone 16 pro max for a no trade in promotion. Ray told me if I pre ordered I would wait weeks to receive so instead he told me I should schedule for their VIP launch event and the promotions should be the same. I arrived at the appointment time of 8am on Friday. Not only was Ray late on Friday arriving at 8:15am he also double booked. I wasn't helped until 9am an hour after my appointment. At which point the promotion couldn't be found on my account and I was told there was nothing they could do to help. Frankly just save yourself the hassle and call Verizon to get everything done.

Never had problems with verizon until recently. This store offered me 800 dollars promotional value for my wifes old IPhone on trade in. They never said having to change plans to receive promotional value or anything of that nature. 5 months go by still no credit or anything. Multiple phone calls to customer service and visiting the store and all that has come of the situation is now they will not give me the 800 dollars for my wifes old phone, and now our discounts for previous trade ins that were on the account are now removed from the account because "the plan has changed". The plan had changed from your employees changing it saying that's the way it needed to be fixed. So moral of the story verizon is stealing 800 dollars plus over another 400 dollars for my previous trade in that they say they can do nothing about. Worst customer service ever at the corporate store. If you just want to give away free money then this is the best place to be.

Michael and O were amazing working with customer service when I was having an unbearable time trying to get my account verified. I had purchased a new phone because my old one was completely busted, and all my information to transfer everything over was on my busted phone. It took 2 hours to get everything straightened out, but nonetheless they took there time and never seemed annoyed in any way. They were definitely happy to help. They deserve a raise!!
