Michael and O were amazing working with customer service when I was having an unbearable time trying to get my account verified. I had purchased a new phone because my old one was completely busted, and all my information to transfer everything over was on my busted phone. It took 2 hours to get everything straightened out, but nonetheless they took there time and never seemed annoyed in any way. They were definitely happy to help. They deserve a raise!!

I am a new customer of Verizon and when I was in a jam, they helped me out. I was able to get a phone fairly quickly and staff were very knowledgeable and professional.
I would like to give a special thanks to Casey for all of his help when I needed it.
If I had one gripe, it would be the price of having a single line compared to having multiple lines. Its quite pricey but the quality is much better than other phone companies. All in all, I'm happy to be with Verizon.

came in to talk about a business plan after calling 3 times and was told they couldn't help me until next week. well I'm sure someone else will. I get you couldn't help immediately but next week?now ive come in to return some screen protectors that they sold me and we're the wrong size. been 45 minutes and still waiting

This is the second time I have gone in this store for help with my phone. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me. I was at a previous store in caldwell that offered NO help. Thank you to the employees that care , this will be my first stop from now on.

These guys went over and above to help me get an online order mix up fixed. It took one of their salesmen and myself 3 visits and almost 5 hours of phone time with the main office to figure out the messed up order and get it right but they did it. Thier customer service went. Over and above!

Isaiah did me dirty. More concerned about getting their commission then helping their customers. They they attempted to port my phone number over from a different carrier telling me it would be active by 5:00 p.m. eastern time. What that really was was a cover to get me to go away so he could sell a phone to someone and get a greater commission than a change of service. I had to come in the next day to get my stuff fixed and they wasted a lot of my time causing me to miss multiple things.

I wasted my time for 2 and a 1/2 hours for Verizon to tell me I was approved. Then they said that their system went on it couldn't sell me a phone.I will never go back to Verizon.

You are forced to add 1 star, however, I give them ZERO Stars -- Stay AWAY!! Dear Consumer, This store's staff is the worst. You get a better deal going direct to Samsung OR Apple. After waiting 35min, Casey walked up introduced himself. I shared with him I am seeking to purchase a new Samsung Ultra to replace my broken Fold S3.. Sorry people do not buy a fold phone yet (Broke after 1.5 yrs and paid $1300).. I shared with him, I am not seeking to sign a 36 month agreement. I asked him what trade in value could I receive for my Fold? He said their get their pricing from Samsung. So I assumed I would be eligible for the $600 trade-in shown on the Samsung website verses Verizon offer of $800 over the 36 month term of the contract. Folks you do not get the $800 rebate upfront, its deducted off your bill over the 36 months (False Advertisement) He was clicking though his electronic ordering pad to get my account ready to switch over to a new phone they had in stock. I asked him what does Verizon charge for their care plan (Since I did not buy this for my Fold and now I am spending another $1200 on a new phone I should protect my investment) and he shared with me $17.99. People, if you do the math - that's another $650.00 for 36 months and $431.76 for 2 yrs. Samsung Charges $249.00 for 2 yrs on their website..So going direct to Samsung waiting for a 1.5 weeks was worth it so I am not locked into a 36 month agreement. Verizon Service in Idaho is very spotty. Might change to AT&T -- Just do not want to be locked into a provider.Casey wasted my time.. He came out of his store room with a new phone and said here's your new ultra with complete disregard for what I was asking for. No clear communication and complete arrogance. Stating I just saved you $800. I repeated I was not going to sign a 36 month agreement. He stated then pay full price for the phone. I wish I could have told him what a truly felt about his lack of listening or customer service.
