This is the second time I have gone in this store for help with my phone. Each time they have gone above and beyond to help me. I was at a previous store in caldwell that offered NO help. Thank you to the employees that care , this will be my first stop from now on.

These guys went over and above to help me get an online order mix up fixed. It took one of their salesmen and myself 3 visits and almost 5 hours of phone time with the main office to figure out the messed up order and get it right but they did it. Thier customer service went. Over and above!

When all efforts with Verizon over the phone failed, this store quickly saved our day! We came in, had 6 people in front of us, and were still in and out in 20 minutes, with a working phone! Thanks for the help guys!
