Waited in store about 30 minutes, was helped and purchased a new phone. The customer service rep checked my account and disabled feature I was not using thereby decreasing my monthly payments.

This is A THIRD-PARTY vendor and NOT a CORPORATE VERIZON STORE. Third-party vendor customers do not have the same rights and privileges as those who purchase through Corporate Verizon Stores. I have gone back and forth with this THIRD-PARTY vendor and CORPORATE VERIZON on waiving activation fees. Do yourself a favor; ask if the store is a Corporate Verizon outlet or a Third-party vendor as soon as you walk through the door. Save yourself the headache of trying to get satisfaction through a Third-party.

Great service. It took a bit, but soon enough, I got the service i needed. The person i was working with gave me full attention and helped me decide my best option. I needed internet service in a new location that doesn't have it yet, but he was able to get a location close to enough to my location. He guaranteed that if it didn't work, you would pay nothing. Also, I pay nothing for 30 days with 1 year of Netflix and another streaming service. My mini tower works great for $55 a month. I am super happy i came here. They took care of me and hooked me up, too, with 30-day guaranteed service! Love it when things work out better than you hoped. Can't say that happens a lot. Usually, it's a hassle and not in a good way, and you pay more than you expected. Not this time!

Be careful at this store!! Went in for and upgrade and the first thing the guy started talking about after he got my info was a plan upgrade, not a phone upgrade. Made it seem like it was a big deal that i was on a family plan, almost like i should leave it and go on my own plane. F my family or F for Family. anyways wont be going back to this store.

Stood in there for over 5 minutes. Never acknowledged I was alive. Kid is barely out of High School. Doesn't sound qualified from listening to him talk to other customers ๐
Pretty depressing. Just need help with Internet and phone service. Been using Verizon for years. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been here.
Same story, different day.

Over the weekend while in Cascade, and McCall Idaho I inadvertently downloaded a rogue app, that completely took over my cell phone. Much time and effort was spent trying to get it out of my phone. We succeeded in at least getting my phone functional again over the weekend. On Tuesday I took it to Verizon, and explained what, had happened. James listened to my explanations, took my phone, had the app gone, and my phone back in my familiar format in less than 3 minutes. ๐๐

Needed to replace our phones, and were assisted by Jared. Took the time to explain all of our options, and gave us the best deal. He was very professional and helpful.
