Roy was so fast and efficient with helping me resolve my missing mail issue, within 12hrs. I was shocked to have it resolved so quickly. He helped me get my mail that was being held and get the correct names for our mailbox. Thank you for all your hard work Roy!

I was not going to post anything until i seen the reviews. I stopped by to mail a letter that needed to go out Friday. Walked in and there are 7 people ahead of me. The guy in front of me left and I thought wow. May be he is impatient and waited then I asked the lady in front of me, and she claimed the line did not move in 5 mins . Waited another 5 mins and sure enough that line still did not move one bit. I also had to walk out because there is no way I would be served on time to get back to work. 1 person in the lobby and everyone is frustrated . Rather go to the one in Nampa. At least they have 3 clerks and lines are always moving .... Thats terrible for the Star area

The lady at the desk is rude and talks down on you and literally puts in 0 effort. The most pathetic excuse of a worker I’ve ever seen. Went in asking if she could find a package, explained the situation and didn’t even move a centimeter before shaking her head and saying “nope nope nope we don’t get those we don’t get that” I literally showed her the tracking updates showing it was at their location and she again told me no it’s not here she doesn’t have it, they never get packages from them. Then as I’m leaving AFTER I SHOW HER THE TRACKING UPDATES THAT LEAD STRAIGHT TO HER OFFICE…she talks to me like I’m stupid and says I probably got scammed. The package arrived today via USPS. She’s actually pathetic and honestly not worth the hassle to deal with. She should be fired as she puts the worst image on this office you could possibly ask for.

Drive across town to pick up package that the carrier failed to leave at 1530 hours, package not there but show us your D.L. and sign the ticket and the carrier will deliver tomorrow....
Next day...the carrier fails to leave it Again! ....call the local USPS number to have to jump through all their hoops for 10 minutes to then sit on hold for 30 more minutes!! ...No wonder Trump called them idiots on national tv...

I’m ashamed to say I ruined my neighbor and I’s mailbox. There’s certain standards about a mailbox that most people don’t know… it cannot be on the ground or leaned against a tree. You can try to stand outside holding the mailbox while for the best. I had to go pick up two weeks of mail until I was given great advice! This was the resolution:

Worst experience of my life. Went there to try to mail a package and couldn’t even get anybody to answer after pressing their bell. Then people see you and don’t even care that you’re there. I would rate zero stars if I could. No customer service at all.
