Lady at the front counter (Stephanie) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should be working in the back where she doesn’t encounter customers.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Brought in some packages now this is normally not the one I go to, I go to the meridian location and they are SO friendly over there. Stephanie at the front counter was very rude, I explained something to her on how they scan them over at the other location and she barked back saying no they don’t over in front of a few customers. Turns out I was right and you could do that. I won’t be returning back to this USPS location ever again.👍🏼

No mail delivery Friday, mail that should have been delivered Friday still not delivered today (Monday). Phone not answered after 2 tries, no recording option, goes to busy signal after many rings. Extremely upset. By the time your customers go down to the PO to complain, they are very frustrated & angry and its your fault. SHAME ON THE USPS!!!!

Went in to describe a problem I was having and the older lady behind the counter is absurdly rude, condescending, and will cut you off in mid sentence every time you open your mouth. Someone needs to give her a crash course in customer service. If she would have just listened to what I had to say it would have gone much smoother. She just kept interrupting me and nearly yelling at me “I don’t understand, I don’t understand” and then she would tell me I was wrong about my situation but wouldn’t look at the emails I had on my phone from the company I was talking to that told me to address my local post office. Worst experience ever. I spent 8 years in the US Army and I would rather go back and fight for my country AGAIN than deal with lady one more time.
Yes I know that no one will fix this, yes I know the post office won’t read or care about this either. BUT we, the customers will and we know how you treat us

I have done quite a few transactions at this location since 2016. Not only do I never get a friendly and welcoming interaction, I observe every other customer being treated just as unkind. The employees are absolutely rude with no sense of customer service. This has been an ongoing problem and I kept giving time to have a better experience and today's definitely solidified my opinion. Female employee unhelpful and unapologetic to customer in front of me, then immediately went to the back to be snarky when she was the one in the wrong. I will definitely go out of my way to go to a different post office from now on. The man that helped me was at the bare minimum professional, but probably the kindest of the interactions I've had. Just an overall unwelcoming, and poor energy environment.

Twice my packages have been delivered but I never received it. I can never get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. They either delivered it to the wrong address and marked it as delivered or someone took the package. My wife was home all day and never received it. The incompetence of the delivery drivers is honestly impressive. Thank you for wasting my time and money

Stephanie laughed at how little help she could give me getting my package out the door even though there were no people in the lobby whatsoever. Nothing like customer service at the post office back home. Stay away if you can help it.

How is it that I can drive from the East Coast to the West Coast in 3 Days but it takes the USPS 9 Days to Deliver a Small Package from KY to ID??? Inexcusable!

Honestly can say this is why we need to defund the USPS. I go to drop off a return that a manufacturer sent me a label on for their product. I go in with the box and the label on my phone. The lady says they cannot tape anything and the label has to be printed out. I responded with perfect what email can I send it to or can you scan it to print. She refused and said has to be printed off site and does not have the capability of printing it there. Mind you there is not a sole in the office besides me. So I asked kindly again if there was anyway to send it to an email and she refused to help.
Look if they want to charge me for printing the label and taping the box so be it. I think that’s getting nickeled and dimed a bit but would have been happy to pay the 2 dollars for their 15 cents of supplies. But here we are having to drive down to staples to buy the tape and print the label and they will get to keep the profit on to ship this thing.
From my interaction today it’s either time to get rid of the usps or to properly train employees how to take care of customers and make a profit.

Rude. I got yelled at for taking a picture of their advertisement for stamps. They only carry scotch tape for packages, and don't sell packing tape. I went there three times to mail one package. Definitely will be giving my business to the people in the brown uniforms.
