nice people. but greedy brand. any bank that charges (especially 7 dollars! way too much) to cash a check is just bad practice. car dealers that sell cars w no fuel or food companies that charge you for condiments are all super tacky and it shows when selecting a place to do business. find a more digestible way to make money. let down. bummer for the very kind employees that have to endure the disdain

I do not have an account there but my client does. I cash my pay check from her there. They are super friendly and are now calling me by my first name. Its awesome.

If you want to save some time, drive to a different branch. The people at the counter and the drive-through are so slow. it almost seems like there's only one person running the counter and the drive-through at the same time. When you walk in to the building, there are employees standing around while the person who works at the window is doing all the work.I visit this branch on a weekly basis and not once is my visit less than 10 minutes for a simple deposit.I also visit the Wells Fargo bank just around the corner and have never had to spend more than 5 minutes waiting.

I use your ATM to withdraw and deposit. I am not a member. I just use it because I live close by. On 11/6 I made a deposit of $428. It took my money and spit out a receipt stating that there was an error with the machine and can't credit or finish the deposit and then call a number that is on the receipt to get a refund. I was in the phone from 1am-6am trying to get my money back. Was in hold for and HR each time I tried calling because since I'm not a member they would transfer to someone else and every time I would be disconnected. Every time I call it's a least 1hr of hold time. Last representative I spoke to she says that I have to go through my financial institution. I had already talk to them. Was told since it was your machine I have to deal with US Bank. I will be pressing charges for theft.

Don't go here. Imagine a privatized version of the DMV staffed by YouTube trolls. About eight employees standing or sitting around in the building, no other customers in there, and they still wanted us to wait 20 minutes before they could be pryied from Facebook to come help us. I actually prefer shopping at Walmart at least they are rude and indifferent for a reason.

Multiple issues with the day-and-night teller being out of service and out of money. Unable to make a withdraw from my account several times in the past 90 days. Waited 10 minutes while the teller kept recycling and finally returned my card with no cash. Managers have no idea what's going on.

They want to charge me $7.00 to cash a check that is written on their bank. When I questioned the charges she told me they were providing a service to me by cashing a check. I thought customers who put their money in their bank should be upset with that kind of service. I know that I would be unhappy if my bank tried extortion tactics like this for a check I had written on my account. The fact that the employee was short with me just for questioning a fee. I felt she was very unprofessional will definitely not help me want to recommend this bank to anyone.

Horrible place to cash a check from, US Bank, they will charge you a 7 dollar fee to cash a check that is from their bank. Would not ever recommend anyone to bank there.

I usually go through this branch to deposit my checks with no issues but I went through on Friday 10/09 they were very busy looked like there was only two people in there waited in line for 30 minutes. When it was my turn at the window the lady was very nice and was able to do my transaction in a timely manner. Though when I checked my account today there is no deposit and no pending deposit. So I called the help number and they said my money must have been put into someone else’s account by accident and that I would need to go back to that branch to take care of this. But the branch is closed on the weekend and I can’t leave a message on the phone. I have bills to pay that I now have to wait and may be late on because of this. I don’t blame the bankers we’re all human and we make mistakes, but this is a very unfortunate mistake and circumstance and has added a lot stress for me and my family. Mind you this branch is usually very helpful and runs nicely just wanted people to be aware of this situation so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
