2 months at this shop and my car is not complete. I was sent home twice with it not completed and parts hanging off. I was told it was not hazardous so it was ok to take the car home. Could you imagine if paint and simple bolts can't be done right, what underneath has wrong? I was instructed to come by another time to have other parts fixed. Then Ken said the mechanics will be out of town so come by in a couple weeks. Come to find out it was all because once the claim is closed they are paid plus would not have to pay for my rental while the rest of repairs needed completion. Lack of communication, unprofessional, disrespectful to customers and will not complete service. This was an extremely stressful situation. This shop caused many problems and wasted a lot of time.

These guys did great work on my car, the new parts and paint look perfect. They kept my car super clean and maintained the oil, as it has always had a leak (they weren’t asked to fix this, I just appreciate them keeping it maintained for me). I was kept updated on the status of the car the entire time and they were super easy to work with. I would (but hopefully won’t need to) bring my vehicles back to them again. Thank you guys!!

My car was fixed in a some what timely manner, after getting it home realized they didn’t replace the inner fender well and the front bumper didn’t match very well. When I addressed these issues, they promptly fixed the inner fender well and asked if they could push out the painting front bump a few months, never received a call had to call and ask if they were going to address it. Then was told it’s the best they can do, asked for spray out of attempts to fix and could provide them, if your ok with the it’s “good enough culture” then they may be an ok shop. I won’t be back and won’t recommend them because of how everything was handled and especially having Ken raise his voice. This body shop was recommended to me by somebody that retired from the industry and they won’t be recommending it anymore after. Best of luck.
