I stopped by today with a quick drop off around 2:55pm and the employee was locking the doors and pretty much shaking her head and giving the customers in the parking lot signs that she had enough for the day. I thought that was incredibly rude. I didn’t realize they closed at 3pm but shouldn’t you close at 3pm if that’s what your hours are?

UPS Store #3067 located at 1123 12th Avenue Rd in Nampa, ID is my store to go for everything office related. They also do the Amazon returns there fast and efficient.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Zariah and Eli - fantastic customer service AND support! I showed up Monday morning at 8:00 with a large, unpackaged item that needed to be returned to Amazon. They were both amazing at helping me package it (they built a box!) and kept a smile on their face the whole time. They are the reason I travel the extra miles to frequent this store.

The staff has been awesome and has always helped me with whatever problems/issues I've had. The reason for the 4 stars is just due to pricing. It's a little high like everywhere else but I'm a long time customer and will be for a long time. Special thanks to Abby and Erica. You two are great!

They always give you service with a smile. There is very little waiting if at all. They are all so helpful. They will go over and above to help there customers. I highly recommend the Nampa UPS Store! They absolutely made my day today! I plan to take the donuts. They really are wonderful here
