Yep I was here. I got 3 storages here. Idk what I'd do without them they saved me because there just right down the road from me there prices are probably the cheapest in town, storages are clean , manager is nice and friendly . I recommend them to anyone I know.

My wife called Curtis, he answered and right away we were able to get what we wanted, he cleaned the storage out for us, dust wise, and took care of everything on the spot. Thankyou Curtis.

Awesome! Curtis was there to make sure everything went smooth and was ready with a tape measure to make sure what we wanted to park would fit! It was great and he talked to me like a friend and was transactional thanks Curtis.

The place is run down and the staff can be arrogant at times. The price has gone up over the last few years a couple times, but no improvements to the facility have ever been made. There was a recent fire in the last few weeks and nothing has been done over the last couple to clean it up. Hopefully this facility will do some upgrades and just make it a better place to store your personal belongings.

Curtis was very friendly and helpful on the phone, I called around and decided on Brown Bear the next day. He was just as nice in person when I rented the storage unit. The facility doesn't have units in buildings so you can drive up and unload without lugging things through a hallway which was very crucial for me.
