took my car in for service. the mechanic must have got annoyed with my dash cam chime and yanked the power cable. 0/10 will never go back.
- they will openly lie to you about the service. Went in to get a weird transmission noise figured out, they wanted to replace the transmission 11k, I took it home got under the vehicle and turns out my drive train was eating the wire harness soldering it back together and wrapping it cost 10 bucks

My wife and I came into Treasure Valley Subaru on Tuesday (8/27) and were introduced to Mike Crowley. Mike was very through and showed us 2 Foresters. One was a little more than we needed but the second was perfect. Mike is a great sales consultant. Never pushed, he listened to what we wanted and went explained everything step by step. We were next introduced to Jake. Within minutes he had the financial papers done. My wife said she wanted a little lower monthly payment. Jake said he would return in a minute or two. He came back and presented an updated paper with a lower payment plan that my wife excepted and was happy with. Next we met Nate Anderson who explained all the paperwork top to bottom. Everything was explained and no stone was left unturned. Very, very exacting. We needed to return to see Paul Finnigan to learn about the media screen. We also needed to add side molding. Mike ordered the mounding and said it would be in on Saturday. We called Paul to set an appointment for Saturday. The time he had available did not work for us because of the molding appointment. Paul said if we could be there early, he would meet us there at 8:00 am. A full hour before the dealership actually opened.we met Paul and he spent over an hour sharing his knowledge with us about the media screen, the locking system and so much more. When Paul was done with us, next was Rick Plum the service guy. Very helpful with the side molding. Very helpful explaining about the service area. All I can say is the entire experience was as easy as I have ever experienced. My wife and I agreed, we were treated by everyone at Treasure Valley Subaru better than we are treated by our own families.

Donny Harris is absolutely amazing he helped me out on getting into a new car extremely friendly and never took no for an answer when it came to trying to get me approved would 10000% recommend coming down to see him for your car needs my situation was probably the hardest he had to deal with but yet he still spent all day helping me figure it out and getting me approved will definitely will come back to see him when I’m ready for a new car!!!!!

Came in to look at options for our lease end on our Crosstrek. Didn’t think we could make an Outback work with our budget, but Jake Rapp and Jeremy Hubble got it done! We were needing an Outback for our growing family, and these guys gave me a great deal on trade, and I couldn’t pass up the deal. Thanks guys! I highly recommend treasure valley subaru I was able tonsit down and work with Ocsar and he got me in to a new ford focus with a super low credit screen and a very small down-payment. All in the same day too!

By far the best experience purchasing a new car in my life. Melvin was awesome to work with and took the time to get me the car I really wanted when our previous Subaru was totaled by a pickup running a stop sign and t-boning us. Best dealership in the treasure valley!
Just wanted to add that the service after the sale is phenomenal. I had issues programming my garage door opener and Lauren came to my home to assist. We were unsuccessful so Paul came to my house the very next day and was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it programmed. My experience with this dealership has been fantastic!

The staff and salesmen were great at TVS. They spent considerable time with me during my search for a car and were able to answer all of my questions. I felt that they were fair and it was a good experience all around. I ended up trading three cars with them and am happy with my purchases. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with the staff at TV Subaru. They were really busy and understaffed so I thought it would have taken forever. The marketing manager, Kasey (sorry if I butchered the spelling) came out and got us started after we had looked around for a while. She handed us off to a sales rep, Corbin. Then we were financed first so we knew exactly what fit with our budget. We took one of the cars we talked about with Corbin out for a test drive and knew it was a good fit for us. We purchased it and we thank the staff at TV Subaru for a smooth car buying experience.

WEIRD. I was told earlier in the week to come in Sunday when the appraiser is there. Well, Today I found out there is no backup to appraiser. WEIRD. Another point is why do you tell people (Sam) if the offer is only valid for today. This seems like high pressure. WEIRD
