I thought a lot about just not say anything…. Yesterday I went to the body shop to have a piece of trim put on my brand new Tacoma Trd Sport that I paid cash for 58,000. So prett easy sale for salesman and manager. The body shop told me my paint was contaminated and needed attention, not work they do but said its common on vehicles that spend a lot of time in rail yards and ports, he called it industrial paint contaminant. Take to dealer where I bought it so I did, WOW it was amazing the salesman said he wouldn’t worry about. I wouldn’t let it drop he got the manager Greg Liebatrau who proceeded to ask if I inspected it with salesman and had never heard of this and basically made me feel like and idiot? (My 6 new truck in 10yrs) So this morning I went to Garrity auto who also said the same thing and gave me a name a real professional who can fix it. It became very clear today it’s not about the consumer it’s about the sale! Sorry I didn’t inspect the paint on my 10 day old truck that sat in Longbeach rail port for 6 weeks! Great Job Edmark make that sale an move on.

We have been a long customer of Edmak, Toyota. Just not to long ago we bought a new car from them again. My wife tried to make an appointment for an oil change, but luck till today. They promise to call back, email, but never did. My wife even tried to stop by, they couldn't do it??? Its been two month and we still didn't hear from them. Finally we took it to PETERSON TOYOTA,
what team, very respectful easy to work with. Please buy your new car from PETERSON TOYOTA.

Let’s start with the layout of the dealership, easily accessible and not in a congested environment. The Salesman (Cody) was patient, very knowledgeable and very professional. The deals at this dealership are amazing and will definitely be back for my next car. I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership over the others in the area.

My name is Sean Malloy, I bought a low mile Toyota Sienna van from my wife at Edmak Toyota Nampa. I'm an actual customer.
My salesman was Mark or Marco, I think, great guy did a great job, great salesman. I consider myself to be very savvy and quite the salesman also but maybe of a different kind.
When I signed for the Van they told me about a prepaid program for oil changes that saved $15 or so on each oil change, it ended up being 10 oil changes for $44 each, if I remember right. $440.00 extra.
I have 6 vehicles I maintain myself except putting tires on. I thought that sounds like a good deal for my wife so she can just go get that taken care of and I don't have to deal with her van too.
I had made the appointment for an oil change I wanted to take it in myself so I could use the time looking for a Prius.I showed up 10 minutes early. I asked, "Is there was a Mark or Marco, the salesman that sold me the van, I want to test drive a Prius while I was here."
( I need a Prius under 5 years old for a job I'm taking.) The guy starts telling me about this new deal, 3 oil changes for $129!
I said, "Oh no thank you, I should have 5 oil changes left, I prepaid for 10 oil changes when I bought the van."
He says "I'm sorry Sir those have expired."
After running by the logic again he still politely exclaimed that they were expired and that he could stop them now if I didn't want to go ahead with it, but if I did I would have to pay for today's service.
I explained that I had now paid $440 for 5 oil changes, and had to drive from Boise to Nampa to have them done since we bought the van in Nampa unfortunately. Even that made no sense that I paid $88 per oil change. Pretty good salesman.
Kind of, I mean there's different kinds of salesman. Getting $88 an oil change is a good sale, but losing a customer buying a whole car is a bad sale. Charging people for 10 oil changes and having an expiration date is a bad sale.
I haven't yet seen something with my signature on it and an expiration date, but at this point I am just taking my need to finance a $25,000 car somewhere else. I want the newer AWD version since I'll be all over the NW.
1 gal Synthetic 5/30and a mobile 1 filter was $30.67, took 10 minutes, most of which was letting the oil drain.
There's ALWAYS a loophole. Read what you sign folks.
P.S. The Service Department could use some additional training.
Our heater went out in the van and I just had the wife take it in there since it was under warranty.
She dropped it off two times and it still didn't work when I checked it after I got off work.
I dropped it off the third time, and picked it up the 3rd time, guess what, NO HEAT!
I went back in and said "Still not fixed".
So the 4th time, they FINALLY fixed it. After 4 trips to drop it off from Boise.
Maybe CHECK to see if it has heat before you call the customer 4 times.

BUYER BEWARE. Please avoid this dealership at all costs. They have not submitted my title paperwork after buying a new vehicle from them and I am unable to register my truck. No one will answer the phone, respond to voicemails or emails. Nick Puga, Miles Edmark, and Terry in Title should all be ashamed of themselves. Way to leave your customer completely high and dry. This is a joke of a dealership AVOID AT ALL COSTS. What they have done to me is illegal and I will be pressing charges. If you need a Toyota, go to Petersen in Boise. I purchased a vehicle at a good price from them 3 years ago.

I never leave a negative review unless it's well deserved, this dealer earned it, Extremly rude and unprofessional sales department, 30+ years in the business, never saw such a behavior ( I can prove everything with the nasty email I got from them), I would not recommend this dealership.
Edited to reply the dealers faluse accusations.
We were looking to buy a Tundra for our NJ car rental company - not for a dealership or a reseller.
We are buying vehicles all over the coutry to get the best deals possible.
We do have several businesses , locations and phone numbers - does it make us "scammers"?
Here is one of the emails I got from the sales team ( we were very polite and professional in our communication unlike this dealership, can easily share the whole email conversations):
"I am going to mark "Affordable Rentals LLC", your name, number, and email as such, so that no one else here at the dealership thinks that this is a legitimate opportunity to do business."
I guess this is your way of doing business and this is how you treat potential customers.
If you choose not to do business with somone its your choice, no need to be extremely rude, unprofessional and nasty.
We will never do business with such a rude, nasty and unprofessional dealership.

Edmark deserves more than a 5 star review. Everyone here was fabulous , friendly and helpful !
I first communicated with Nicole , in internet sales. She was patient answering my questions and was great about communication , while I waited for a 2024 Rav 4 to come in. Once it was here I worked with Ryan in sales. He is awesome, friendly, professional and very patient during the entire process. At one point he told me to not worry about any details for the purchase , He would take care of everything and wanted me to have a great buying experience. He delivered on what he promised . Both Ryan and Nicole made this purchase go flawless and very pleasurable. Yes buying a new car can actually be fun, if you shop at Edmark.
. When I arrived at the dealership, just walking in from parking lot, three people approached me and all were very friendly and helpful. My paperwork was quickly taken care of. Ryan went over all the driver functions n told me to call with any questions or issues. I was back home in no time.
Everyone here deserves more than the 5 stars I gave them. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional group of people who treated me like family.

We had an appointment to purchase a vehicle with a sales representative. We were coming from out of town and found out that the agent sold the car the day before and didn’t inform us. We are disappointed in the service and lack of transparency.

I purchased a 2024 Tundra through Jennifer and had a phenomenal experience. I had a unique situation buying the truck from across country. I was deciding between two models and she took the time to comb through every feature and their distinctions, along with sending photos, which allowed me to choose the model that worked best for what I needed. After purchase, we ran into major complications through a transport company I was utilizing to get the truck shipped. Even though Edmark Toyota was not involved in the arrangement, Jennifer volunteered to help coordinate and began messaging them directly. After multiple “no shows” from the transport company, the transport company stated they can be there Sunday when Edmark was closed… Jennifer happily offered to come in when the dealership was closed to get the truck shipped. Her customer service was absolutely above and beyond and I could not recommend purchasing a vehicle through her enough. Thank you Jennifer for restoring faith in great customer service and the car buying experience!

Excellent service! Knowledgeable and Professional. I would definitely recommend buying a car from the hard working folks at Edmark Toyota. Jennifer Thompson is a wiz and she will get you into the car you love at the best price possible.

Service center used non-Toyota parts for work performed in July 2023 and did not inform me. Work was scheduled far enough in advance for Edmark to order any missing parts. Shocks had to be replaced around 9K miles after installation and expecting struts and brakes will require early replacement. I do not expect O'Reilly quality parts when I go to a dealership.
A minor "cost adjustment" was applied to the final bill but was explained it was part of an advertised special.

Such a smooth and enjoyable buying experience! After dealing with so many other dealerships with not pleasant experience, we were thrilled when we stumbled upon this dealer through searching online, and even came from out of state to buy a vehicle from them. Would recommend to anyone, especially our sales person, Cody, who went above and beyond to make things effortless for us.
