Good afternoon, sorry I didn’t take pictures of before & after , I taken white pants 2 same ones . This second time was due to spilling Food on them menudo didn’t think they were be able too be clean. I was Amazed how clean they got , I highly recommend this place for all your cleaning needs . Great job !! Thank you

I had them press 4 shirts for me and they were so wrinkled I’ll have to wash them again to even get all the wrinkles out. Very pricy too. Acted like it’d be an act of god to press 4 shirts by the next evening.

I have used this place on and off over the last couple of years and had decent service. However, I had dropped off a wedding dress to get cleaned. No, big deal until I went to pick it up and the bill was $95! I was not told the price would be so high to get cleaned otherwise I wouldn't have dropped it off! Also, they did nothing to render this problem, just a sorry. Beware when taking big items to this place and ask the price and get it written down so you are not thrown off by the insane price!

Rude, First of terrible customer service over the phone. This would’ve been my first time using them. He did not try to work with me at all everything he was charging me was 12 and up. Did not work with me on rush orders he said they don’t do that. If I don’t trust the person I don’t trust them with my quality clothes. Our conversation lasted 30 seconds and he couldn’t wait to get off the phone ??Would not recommend!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received here. From the consult/drop off to the final pick up- they were professional & kind. I worked mainly with Sarah who also does the alterations but also had interactions with Micah too. Both of them were so great! I had my little girl with me and they were so friendly with her. Sarah helped me figure out a plan with my new curtains and what I appreciated the most was her commitment to ensure the end result was PERFECT! That meant a lot! I will be returning with future clothing & projects! Thank you!

We took several coats, dresses and shirts. They admittedly broke buttons on a suit jacket, when we went to pick it up, they charged us $25 to fix their mistakes!!! We had already paid for the jacket to be cleaned! He admitted his mistake, but charged us!!!

At least leave a message on your answering machine that you'll be out for the entire Thanksgiving Weekend, Thursday, Friday and Saturday so customers don't have to drive there to find out.

I dropped off a casmier sweater to be cleaned. It ha a small hole that I was going to mend after it was cleaned. They called and asked if they could mend the sweater at no charge. Of I said yes. But she was so thorough on this that she found another small hole and fixed it.. iam so thank full for such a caring job they did.Service: Alterations
