So far so good- very easy to go on line and rent unit then move in within minutes- very convenient- appreciate all the cameras and overall a good experience- very happy with otter!!!

One of the chilliest laid back storages around Oscar the maintenance manager makes me comfortable leaving my belongings here knowing he on top of things. Units are spacious and walls are tall. Only down side is the very top of walls make it easy for people to squeeze into you unit if their happened to be a break in.

Francisco is an awesome groundskeeper. He is is a detailed oriented hard worker who makes time for the customers. The hours are quite convenient for ease of access to personal storage units.

Have had issues with the facility for 2 years. Gate wouldn't work, no one to contact that was local. Last night Francisco changed that for me. He has really cleaned up the entire lot, he is knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to fix an issue the West gate has had for the last year and a half. Francisco is an asset to the entire U-Haul Otter storage lot. Thank you for your kindness and offer to help during our trying situation with our car breakdown.

My stuff was burglarized. Lock was cut. Thousands of dollars worth of stuff and some irreplaceable sentimental stuff from dead family members was stolen and the company DIDN'T EVEN REPORT IT TO ME.
i asked them about it and they said they have been getting broke into since the beginning of March 202!!!!

My toy hauler that is parked here was broken into along with multiple other trailers. I was not even notified that this happened. I walked around and there was another trailer that appeared to be broken into as well with someone living in it!

Fransisco has brought new life to the place. It is cleaner and there are fewer issues with people just hanging out around the facility. The place is really taking a turn for the better!! I would highly recommend storing your goods here!
