I was surprised reading some of the other reviews. The people that work in this pharmacy have never been anything but kind and respectful to me. I think they're great.

Extremely difficult/impossible to get a call back, after leaving four messages my mom had to go in to get some attention! When she did get in, she waited for 30 minutes (in her car) only to be told that the doctor she was there to see wasn't in! When she asked for x-rays they told her that the x-ray machine was broken. My dad went back in a few minutes later to ask a question and they were all eating a cake and celebrating a birthday. It was very strange, and definitely unprofessional. They have a great location, and Dr. Buxton did his job well, but everyone else there made the experience horrific. Judging from the other one star reviews on this page, changes need to be made for this place to be considered again. Very sad to see.

This is the last time I will deal with Terry Reilly (in Nampa). I've been out of medication for almost two weeks. I went for an office visit back in May to update my prescriptions ($200 fee!) I didn't see the same doctor as before (Dr.Partridge), he wasn't available so I saw a practitioner (Kirsten Rosin DNP FNP). At that time I was able to get my meds and just assumed my refills were called in to my pharmacy. I have now been out of medication for almost two weeks. I called the pharmacy, Dr. Partridge denied my meds. I called the center to see what's going on, nothing was said or done about it. I went in this morning to find out what's going on, again nothing said or done about it. When I called the pharmacy again I was still denied my meds. I called TR three times today to find out why I keep getting denied, and finally I get a call back saying I HAVE to SEE Dr. Partridge HIMSELF to get refills. I said WHY since I had already spent $200 on an office visit to update my refills. Why do I need to spend another $200? Oh because he needs to do tests, monitoring, blah blah blah.... I've been on this medication for years! I never had to do follow up tests for it. It seems TR only cares about making money, not about their patients. I'm done! Going elsewhere for medical care. I should have walked at the time they called me about blood test results and I tried calling them back for three days with no answer just to hear them say Oh you're test results were good!- :(

this place is terrible. I get a different doctor everytime because the one I had went to a different place. They didnt bill my insurance or even send me a bill and then sued me and garnished my wages... when I never even received a bill from them.... be wary of this place... I may end up homeless because of this place

This is the worst medical experience I've ever had. To begin with, the clinic called me the day of my appointment to reschedule from 1 pm to 9 a.m. That seemed unprofessional, but not the end of the world. The doctor I saw recommended I get some stool sample tests done, and since it was a telehealth appointment I was told to swing by and pick up a kit to gather the sample. However, when they called with my results, they also told me I'd been given the wrong kit. So, I had the pleasure of repeating the process. I gave all of my information twice during intake--once during intake over the phone--medical history/insurance--and then when I went in to drop off my sample they said my chart was blank and had me fill out the exact same questionnaire in person. I just got off the phone with them and they tried to get me to give my information AGAIN. When I pushed back, she found that the form I'd filled out was uploaded but none of the information had been into. This place is obviously a disorganized rat's nest. It breaks my heart to think that low income people have no choice to but to deal with this sort of bs. I will never go to this clinic again. How could I ever be expected to trust them with my health and well being when they literally can't even keep track of my medical history?

I have been treated here for over 4 years now and have always had great service and care provided by Lance Buxton NP as my GP. He and the staff here have helped me through some very troubling times with my disabilities and heart issues, they have worked with my other specialist DR's and have helped my wife in times of need as well! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Theres a trend here if you read all the reviews. My complaint was that I couldnt pick up my BP refillon July 3rd (a Friday) because theyr closed for the 4th. Which is a SAT! So Im left with NO BP meds over a long weekend cause they were closed, and I couldnt get them early cause they are militant about getting refills a day or 2 early. I mean really, how hard is it to get an extra 30 day supply of meds in case something happens? Its a good idea to have a stockpile at least 60 days out in case of emergency. These guys make you wait till youre litterally down to your last pill before you can get a refill. That aside, the comments regarding employees being rude or of being ignored or treated badly if you ARE NOT Hispanic are RIGHT on the money! Ive had it happen to me numerous times over the years. The only reason I keep using this phamacy is because if theres a screw up, the docs in the same building.

Dr. Wiberg there is one of the best physicians I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend dr. Wiberg but so popular you probably won't get in.

I don't usually gripe online, but where people's health is concerned I feel this needs to be said. I'm going through a really rough time financially and don't currently have the money for a high-cost doctor visit so I decided to go to Terry Reilly in Boise when I woke up with raging UTI symptoms (even though years ago Terry Reilly nearly killed my eldest sister and her unborn child with their lack of proper care). I was at first impressed by how quickly I was seen, considering I was told to just walk-in, not make an appointment. But upon getting back to the exam room I was shocked, to say the least... The floors and walls were scuffed up, blackened, and filthy, there were dark, drip stains running down the exam table (which, thank god, I didn't sit on). Upon entering the restroom to provide a urine sample there were pee stains all around the baseboards, fingerprints on every surface, a paper towel dispenser that didn't even work, and circle stains where other people had placed their urine collection cup. The whole building looked like it hadn't even been wiped clean in ages, much less sanitized! When I saw the doctor he basically just let me diagnose myself, which I was comfortable doing because despite my best efforts I get UTI's very often. He mentioned testing for an STD (which I know I don't have), I wouldn't have let them test for ANYTHING in that disgusting place! The Doc was only present for less than 5 minutes and only did the back tap to check my kidneys. When he prescribed my antibiotic he didn't even ask if I'd taken that medication before (even after I mentioned I get UTI's ALL the time so it's safe to assume I've taken many different antibiotics.) And then he just showed me to the door... I am genuinely concerned that I could have easily contracted something at Terry Reilly and I'm not talking about a cold or flu! I have no idea how they are even able to operate with all the safety and health code violations I noticed! I have a feeling these antibiotics will not work because I've been on them a couple of times in the past but if they don't work I am scheduling an appointment at a REAL clinic with REAL doctors!! I will never step foot in that place again!!
