I was 100% wrong. I don't retract my good reviews and I don't bother with a bad review unless I think people people might get hurt or financially burned.
This is my official retraction.
I'm positive people's live are a risk if this shop works on of their vehicles safety features, like brakes, brakes are important.
I'm positive that people are getting ripped off and systems are getting partially repaired in a manor that will allow them to fail over and over again. I will also add that, no, I did not wreck my vehicle. No, this is not a ploy to get my money back, and no I do not feel personally offended by the people that are employed or own this shop.
I feel that it is important for people to know
And I will go into detail on why I am writing this retraction in the near future.

I needed to get my A/C repaired. Starting at the beginning of July I was looking for a place to have the repairs done, I scheduled with a place recommended by the first mechanic shop I called that did not do full A/C repairs. I had to schedule a week out, but the "TECH" didn't show up that day, so rescheduled for next available that was a week and a half out. I also contacted the only 3 other mech shops in town that did entire A/C repairs right away. Tech Heads got back to me the next morning, said the sooner I bring it in the sooner it's repaired. I was able to drop off the Suburban that afternoon and now one day later I'm freezing my ass off in a Suburban (that had a nightmare situation going on with the A/C system; Leak, compressor shot, rear evap TXV shot, and metal shavings from the compressor clogging the lines) at the beginning of August less than 24 hours later. I don't take my vehicles to mechanics very often, I prefer to do the work myself, but I knew this issue was best resolved by a professional, and my biggest dilemma was finding one that actually was.
Tech Hedz was available, did the complex work very quick, kept me posted on the progress, explained the issues (and I pretty much knew what they were), so in addition to that, they were straight to it and honest. Getting an A/C repaired is costly especially on a dual system Suburban, but for what I expected the issues to be the price fell right on target for great mechanical work. None of the other shops I contacted, at this point, have even got back to me.
Tech Hedz is the real thing. Real professionals at what they do. I can only say that about a couple of other shops that only do specially work. I am pleased!

I appreciate the whole crew, Alex was very helpful in every step. He kept me informed on changes and worked with me. They did a great service on my Kia. Thank you.
Well after my car was serviced it overheated twice. So they agreed to look at it and told me it was the cap. Said they'd order it and give me a call. Never heard another word and got ignored. Ordered the part myself, got it and Kia said there was nothing wrong with the original cap. I will make sure anyone I know for miles will never go back to this place. Guess since I am a woman I got taken advantage of. I'm sorry I did business here.

Everybody there was friendly and knowledgeable. I just didn’t have the money to do what I needed to do. I wish You would’ve. Went ahead and aligned my truck. Those ball joints are less than a year old. I had them replaced when I wiped out by whole fronted. I can’t afford more so I guess I’ll drive it till it dies.
