Cant give 0 stars. Before even being a customer I have had nothing but awful experiences with this company. Everyone I talk to clearly doesnt care. Install caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my yard and the company took no responsibility. "Thats on the contractor." Great, because the contractor doesnt care about me either because I am not signing his paycheck, so I guess in their mind its no ones responsibility but my own that there are potholes for kids, pets, and myself to trip over, no need to repair because the "grass looks fine" (despite the giant dead spot from leaking, shotty machinery, just throw some half dead sod on that and dont water it, it should be fine)."No soliciting" posted on your door? Not TDS's problem! Feel free to constantly post door hangars and place advertisment signs in my yard, guess its no ones responsibility to read either.The real kicker? 1Gb up and down isnt even cheaper than what I pay now for the same service from century link ? what an insult. They try and play it off with the "no rate increases ever" as if internet companies dont just change what plans are available and just throttle what the old ones every 5 years or so, or pretend that internet speed demand isnt increasing. Chances are I'll have to upgrade in less than 5 anyway. What a joke.All it would have taken is some integrity and I would have considered the service, but now, there is no way I will ever even think about it

Reviewing the Nampa location too because this company deserves a 1 star. And frankly I don't even know what location to review. I get no communication and a torn up yard that 7 guys trample through for 8 hours a day. Never will buy service from you.

I signed up almost 2 years ago and I still don't have my service installed. They did however come and dug up 2 holes on my property. One of them was up against a corner of my fencing causing it to lean now. After several calls they claimed they fixed it twice. Then I went to a town hall meeting and complained about it where they put a specialist in charge of getting it fixed. They came back and said that it wasn't their fault and that they were not liable. I highly do not recommend them especially if you value your property and service.

Poor cleanup after work. Left my neighbors lawn tore up, and left a hole in my lawn which caught my son's foot and caused him to fall while playing in our grass. It's large enough for an adult foot to fit. I would appreciate if they left things they way the found them.

Call to set up auto pay , direct me online. If I was interested in doing online, I would go online. Charge me a "convenience fee" to pay over phone. Left me on hold for half an hour and then hung up on me.During install of lines in my area they ripped up concrete and re poured a new slab in front of drive way. The only vehicle going over that section has been a small 4 door, the cement is already breaking up. Pay for a gig and receive about 200.Super service people.

Very good service. I can always count on getting correct information and friendly service no matter if it’s over the phone or if I walk into the store. Plus!!! TDS internet connection isn’t something to joke about, the internet runs flawlessly and I never worry that it will run out before my next bill. Gamers and streamers in my household, no complaints!!

April 29thHit my irrigation line. "A technician will reach out to you within a week."Cool.May 1stThe pipe has been repaired and does not appear to be leaking; however, the sprinklers located in my front lawn have hardly any pressure while some have none. I believe this is due to sediment infiltrating the irrigation line, as my sprinkler system performed one full cycle before I noticed the damage and turned irrigation off. As soon as I noticed the pressure issue, I contacted TDS to report and open a ticket. This was on May 1st. It is now May 5th, and the issue persists. It has been a hot week, and my grass is turning brown. I need this to be fixed.May 5thSprinkler pressure issue has been resolved.May 8thI posted the last update before I had a chance to check if my sprinklers were truly fixed. Some are now working while a few still have little to no pressure. I’m still cleaning mud out of spray head filters.

Won't be using these guys for internet. #1 During their construction they broke our irrigation, left things a mess and have yet to fix it. and #2 They have been trying to sell me access and we won't even have it until October 2022.
