Very bad customer service specifically the guy named Dan I done a business tax return with him for the last 2 years but I feel sorry doing that. Very high price charge! I never heard someone saying I'm selling you the minutes.He charged me a specific amount the receipt showes a different. I went back to his office after many emails with no response to ask why the difference he said not going to provide any information. and if you don't leave going to call police for you very bad. Stay away from this guy.

This guy Dan Is a crook! way over priced. when he messes up he has no regard for the person he is working for and if you ask for advice to fix the issue he wants to complain and charge you more for his negligence. please do yourself a favor and find another place to do business.

Don't trust Dan with any of your personal info. He is shady and not to be trusted. Him and his businesses are into committing fraud. If you resect yourself and want to keep your funds safe go somewhere else.

I just received a tax bill from 2019 for over $3,000, and I asked Dan why, and he told me he's $200 an hour with a $1,000 retainer. I asked doesn't he stand by his work like H&R Block does? And he responded that that wasn't worth a response. I would have thought someone who did your taxes would be more helpful and look into it, as they did get paid for their services. Very disappointed, and actually shocked and disgusted.

NO recommendation explanation: We support local businesses everywhere and we like small and big businesses too. This NO recommendation is our way of trying to educate every business that boosted FB ads must be done responsibly and properly. When any business does the following they need to know that it’s intrusive, irrelevant and unwanted and helps destroy the nature of a friendly platform for family and friends to communicate with one another. 1. Boosting ads outside of the market area in which they are relevant to users buying the products and services being offered. 2. Boosted ads in foreign languages from foreign Countries that users cannot read and or interpret. 3. Even local advertisers boosting ads must pay attention to how far they are going out and reaching and adjust the radius accordingly. Anything over 50 miles and or an hour or more drive away is inconsiderate unless you are willing to go out of your way to provide services to customers that far away. 4. Online businesses that offer services all over the Nation or World also need to use the FB boosting tools to narrow down who exactly sees the boosted ad. If I get a boosted ad for children’s products and I don’t have kids then I’m offended and the ad is improper. These simple steps regarding how to boost any advertising on social media should be the platforms responsibility to inform and enforce on their advertisers. You’d think that sites like FB wouldn’t want to ruin peoples experience and create hate and dissent from irresponsible advertisers. Furthermore, because FB is using a “recommendation” process with just a YES or a NO choice and nothing in between we apologize that our NO may hurt your feeling and your score but we’d be glad to amend our NO to a YES if you make a statement agreeing to become a responsible Advertiser and STOP boosting SPAM where it does NOT belong. Thank You for listening and learning and becoming a business that cares rather than just throwing your messaging out there irresponsibly. ???

Great reliable service. It's always good to have a professional cpa like dan to keep your tax returns in order. Last year I dealt with someone attempting to steal my return before I could file, it's too common in recent years. Tax Express will have all the information to make dealing with the IRS in these situations much easier than using an online filing system.

Dan failed to file our taxes from two years ago. We were unaware until we were at the midway point of purchasing a home. Dan did fix the problem but was extremely rude and unprofessional to us. He did not apologize for this error and told us never to contact him again. There are plenty of places for your taxing and account management needs. This place is not one of them.

I'm going through a midlife identity crisis, but I didn't want the IRS to punish me for my existential crisis. So, I called and sad my financial life was a hot mess and could they advise me. Dan fit me in the next day, listened, sorted me out, and assured me that things were not as dire as I imagined. He helped me with a plan, some advice going forward, and his first consultation is free. Absolutely amazeballs customer service. I needed help with adulting, and Dan exceeded all expectations without making me feel judged or inferior.

They ridiculously overpriced you and ever since I started with this company doing my taxes which it’s been about three years I’ve had nothing but issues with my taxes and every time I call In to get help from them I get nothing but attitude and no help at all and also my mother has gone here too and she’s had nothing but issues with her taxes and the owner himself said that he would set up an appointment with her and he never has and she’s called in multiple times talking to a receptionist and she never gets a callback and she hasn’t received her taxes for the last two years and they know what’s going on but they haven’t put any effort to help and whenever I just tried to call and talk to somebody I got really rude response from the owner and Instead of being considerate and understanding that your customer is frustrated because it’s been over five months of not receiving their return and actually setting up a plan to help them you basically turn around and cop an attitude. I will not be returning back to this establishment to do my taxes because I do not trust this company

I would not recommend them because I’ve been going to this place for 3 Years and today was the final straw whenever I called in to get help about my taxes that I still have not received and I filed with the owner a week after we were able to and I call In to get help and all I get is attitude and him acting like the victim. So I would rather be spending my money on somebody that’s going to listen to their clients and help their clients instead of making them feel like they’re helpless whenever some of their clients don’t understand taxes very well. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced with the tax place. And by the way he charged me almost $300 to get my taxes done and I am single and I do not own a house or anything worst money spent ever. CORRECTION!!! THEY CHRGED ME $350!!! TO DO MY TAXES!!!
