Save your time, your money, and your energy and avoid this store. They need to learn how to effectively communicate with their customers - we have been given the run around for months because they cannot communicate. We were told we would get the promotion that granted $1000 per new phone - we clarified again and again in store to make sure we understood what the promotion was and we were told over and over that we would get $1000 off per phone. No more, no less. When we received our bill, we saw discrepancies and went back in store to clarify. THEN we are told it was "up to $1000" and lo and behold, the plan we picked did not qualify for $1000, but it did qualify for $850. AGAIN after the fact, there were further discrepancies and when we called customer service and returned to the store for a 3rd time, we were told "up to $850". The manager was NO help; while he acts like he can do no wrong.The same day we switched over, there was also the issue of the sync up and drive device that were told would be free. AGAIN we clarified multiple times that it was free - only to find a charge on our first bill.The employees at this store have no integrity. They just want their sales and they will back track on everything they say - we later went to the Meridian store and the experience was 100x better. Save your time in Nampa and just go somewhere else in the Valley.If you do go here, get what they say in writing.To the manager - don't leave some "I'm so sorry we messed up" response. Own it and do better.

This office is dishonest. I returned unit within 14 day return period. Yet they charged me for another month. I went into the store to resolve but the quality of personnel is beyond stupid. I have paper work to show I am right. stay away from this store.

Ray was phenomenal. I've worked in customer service for 25 years and was very impressed with him. Me and my sons were all coming from different carriers and trading in phones but Ray made what was complicated easy. He spent more than 2 1/2 hours with us, making sure we got the best promotion and phones that worked best for us and our budget. I highly recommend Ray if you're looking to switch carriers or device?

I paid off my iPhone 11 and then did a trade over phone and iPhone 13. It was the same price as my IPhone 11 so I was told by T-Mobile that it wouldn’t cost me anything a month so I did it. I asked how I mail off my iPhone 11 back to the warehouse as this was part of the deal. They told me that they would do it for me. Well a year later of fighting with them and $400, my iPhone 11 is still missing and they refuse to honor the discount they promised me. You can see the discount on my plan details but it’s not being applied to my bill. I have called customer service several times and they have informed me that the store has to be the one to apply the discount. When I talk to the store on they tell me there’s nothing they can do for me. Oh a to sweeten the pot the rep that said he would mail it off is the one who refused to honor the discount. So I will be paying off my families phones and switching to Verizon. Thanks for nothing T-Mobile.

Went in to get info on screen repair. After looking my information up, they instruct me and send me to the Apple store in Boise to get my screen repaired for $29. The store manager is the one helping meDrive all the way from Nampa to Boise. Only to get told that I was no longer covered with Apple and if have to submit a claim through mobile.Went to talk to the Boise location who was very helpful and let me know that the Nampa branch should have actually looked at what coverages I had before sending me in a goose chase.

Complete upselling sales people at this location. Went in the store to trade in our phone for a newer one.. Sales person was so pushy about the smart watch and gave it to us....saying it Wouldn't cost us anything at all, refused to take it back so we brought it home...its still in the box, sealed... Got the bill in today, and looks like the watch is going to cost 329.99 in addition to a 22 dollar increase on our monthly plan, neither of which we authorized... called the store...they told me to call customer service..Called customer service to get this resolved... They couldn't do anything for me other than tell me to go back to the store to see if they'll accept the return even though it's outside of the 14 day policy for return....since it's completely unsealed none of the data has been Uploaded, they did accept the return...thank goodness otherwise it would have cost us 200 to 300$ for their error....we were not provided any clear information at the time of the trade in Nor informed of the return policy for the item...It was a total upselling move by the customer service representative for their comission but atleast they did correct it...granted it was a major hassle but happy it was resolved

TMOBILE has been charging my 68 year old retired father $10 per month for a tablet service that does not exist for 3 years. He is on social security. I only learned about this recently as my father does not speak English and was unaware of the charge. We do not have even have a tablet so this service was added either intentionally or on accident. That speaks to the unethical or incompetent behavior

No way is this a good place to get any cell phone service T-moble Idaho is one of the most diabolical Companies the store in front of Walmart on Cleveland blvd in Caldwell is the worst rude crude nasty stores of all straight thieves.

This particular store is bad. Bad customer service altogether. The manager doesnt really manage his employees, and as long as they're selling phones they're happy. I was happy with the service in the beginning, The last few months have been a nightmare. I can't wait to go back to verizon

Went to make a payment, they acknowledged me as soon as I walked in even though they were busy. They took the payment and got me right back out the door. Friendly staff and quick service make this a good store if you're in a hurry. I heard them helping a couple other customers and they seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

I have lifetime free screen protector replacements and I've done it probably 4 times before and then the guy here said I didn't have that and I would have to buy a new screen protector if I wanted one

Go to any other T-Mobile. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I was treated like an idiot. I will never come back. T-Mobile in general isn't great but this location is uniquely bad.
