Stopped in on a whim - didn’t expect much being a lifetime Verizon customer. Was helped by Micah and let me tell you the service this young man provided, top notch, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic … just running out of words here. Signed up on the spot with T-Mobile. Even though I had some additional questions/follow ups, the response received to texts to/from Micah was literally immediate. What an amazing experience. Thank you Micah and to the T-Mobile management at this branch, you’ve got a gem here!

Erin was awesome. Took care of all my questions and concerns. Helped me upgrade to a new phone and Internet 5G Gateway. Very professional and courteous. Definitely an asset to this store and and to T-Mobile.

A few months ago I had a problem with my phone and Brian stood up and helped me right away. I really do appreciate him and his willingness to help me while he had his time off. He's an amazing boss at T-Mobile and definitely would recommend:)Go Brian!

Christian has been helpful everytime I have been in this store. We have been T-Mobile customers for a very long time and wouldn't be with any other carriers but T-Mobile. Questions are always answered. We are always taken care of.

I locked my phone in a reboot of the OS. Just trying to restart my phone. In a panic drove to t mobile, Sabrina and Micha were with other customers setting up new phones for them. Micha saw the screen of my phone and was curious how I did it. Sabrina and Micha were life savers for me. Micha fixed my phone Sabrina showed me a safer way to power off. Very helpful. We've had cellular service for nearly a year and just added internet. Easy setup and seems to be quick. We're happy so far. At least talk to them to see what they can offer you.

We have only been with T-mobile for a little over a month, and now I wish I never switched from Verizon! One of the employees named Erin was rude and was rolling her eyes at my daughter all because my daughter was trying to return an internet box. We got told my daughter could just return it when we first got it and nothing about her needing to be on the account. But Erin thought it was okay to be rude all because a different employee gave us wrong information, so my daughter left. Then I called the store, and i couldn't get a word in cause she was talking over me and then hung up on me! Erin needs to learn some customer service skills!!!!

Switched over from Verizon and from day one we have had issues and then the customer service we received from Erin yesterday was horrible. Hanging up on me and my wife was unprofessional. We will now be going somewhere else cause we will not tolerate being disrespect.

Customer service and care is lacking here ..even the employees just refer you to Customer service if its beyond their skillsI been to other T-Mobile store that go beyond.What I got from Customer service..was most store lack training if any and they nothing more than salespeople.

I had a lot of problems with my new Samsung phone. After having it for 2 weeks I had to find help because my phone was acting up...so peculiar! The auto-capitalize wasn't working. The color of the phone would turn black & white for 12 - 13 hrs at a time...several times a week. On Messenger, it would double or triple what I wrote in one paragraph. Same with phone text. I had never had that happen. T-Mobile in the Philippines had me speak with the Samsung people right in the same building as T-Mobile. They went into my phone remotely & seemed to have fixed 90% of the problems. A couple of weeks passed & it all started to act up with all the same problems. I called The Philippines again, speaking of the reoccurring problems They sent a new phone to the phone store on Greenhurst and 12th Avenue in Nampa. Tabitha is the girl who gave me such great help!Very impressed with her strong commitment to making sure the customers are satisfied. She stayed past closing time to make sure things were working! Thanks, Tabitha! Appreciate the help!

We recently visited this T-Mobile store and had an amazing experience. We were helped by Cristian who was friendly and knowledgeable he made sure that we found the right phones, accessories and smartwatches. During the selection process and our account review he answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service. The store was a bit busy that morning, but the entire team handled the influx of customers with incredible professionalism. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the latest selection of phones and exceptional customer service.
