When you order two drinks with no ice at the same time but two different employees make them. One is full and one is half full.
I’ve never ordered a drink with no ice at any other location or business where is half full. I’ve never had this issue at any other location in my area.
I mention it to the barista and she says some of them add extra liquid and some don’t.
Starbucks charges for every little change on mobile app. If they don’t charge for saying no ice on mobile app or disclosing you will get a half full drink it’s not correct to be done.

This Starbucks is not a great location and it's parking area is not great. Besides that it's a typical Starbucks. However from my experience at this location the employees are friendly, professional and have never messed up our orders.

Out of bagels entirely (both flavors) by 9:50 a.m…. It seems improbable, unless the store is behind on stocking. This product was my only reason for waiting in the long line, today. Surprising and disappointing. Why are most of the Starbucks locations in Idaho lacking in quality?

I made an online order and when I got there, they were out of grilled cheese - my fav! Super friendly and sweet and got me a different item instead. She gave me a $4 off next visit coupon and that made my day! Thank

Ordered 4 drinks in a carrier in drive thru and they were too hot to touch. They didn't have cup sleves either so I had to park to go in the get sleeves so we could pick up the drinks.

Piss poor service at this location, Will be taking my business back to Eagle where the staff is more friendly and not so sassy with attitudes. I do not care how busy you are, do not treat your customers poorly because you can't handle the work load. And to top it off, I dud not check my bag till on the way home, they gave me the wrong item.

I am a regular here at starbucks and I’ve never had a problem with drinks. Every time i order some breakfast, I am always disappointed. Just today, I ordered a double-smoked bacon sandwich, and upon taking a bite, I noticed that the bacon was undercooked and noticed my sandwich was also just thrown into the bag. I understand that there was a long line, which might have affected the cooking time, but I still paid for my meal, and I expect it to meet my expectations in terms of quality. I must admit that this will be the last time I order any breakfast item from their menu.

This was absolutely the worst experience. The barista at the window has on a continual basis has asked me if I want to leave a tip, very rude and presumptuous and this last time I waited in drive thru for exactly 22 minutes! I actually told her how unhappy I was and she had the nerve to call me a liar! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN! I will also be calling corporate. She needs to be fired

We were extremely disappointed with our order at Starbucks. We ordered a decaf Sumatra pour over. We know these can take up to ten minutes to make. The barista stated at first they didn’t have a bag, then stated they had one open. By the time we got the window with no one in front of us or behind us our coffees were ready. We knew they were not pour overs. They were espresso and water. Clearly you can see how light the coffee was and they tasted like hot water. The barista was very rude, turned away and shut the window as we asked her again if it was an americano. We are huge supporters of Starbucks and have never had bad service as this. I called after we left and the barista finally admitted she “may” have used water and espresso after I asked her again how our coffee was made so quickly. We paid more than what we would pay for a pour over. Extremely disappointing. We will not patronize this Starbucks again. This is not the first time this Starbucks has been dishonest about making a pour over VS a americano.
