My whole experience with sparklight so far has been great, from the first initial phone call inquiring about internet service to the appointment set up and installation. My service tech was early and called me and waited the few minutes for me to get there, he was friendly and professional. So far we have had no issues with our internet!

Mike V. was great! I had to remove some shelving blocking the instrument panel - whoops - he was patient and apologetic. With my five kids and puppy all trying for his attention, it was pretty busy! He joked and chatted with me and the kids, and cleaned up after himself. Excellent service all around!

Great service! Tyler P. was right on time. Very informative and efficient. Tyler P. clearly explained what the hookup process was and installed our hardware in a way that looked nice and tidy. Any questions I had he answered knowledgeably and without hesitation. He even took the time to make sure we had everything up and running 100% and that our system was as secure as possible. We have been having intermittent issues with our internet, we bought new equipment and were still facing issues. We called and were told it could be connections outside, we set up an appointment and Garet came out. He did a great job checking all outside connections, finding what was causing the issues and updating the lines. He also updated portions inside to ensure everything was covered.
