My whole experience with sparklight so far has been great, from the first initial phone call inquiring about internet service to the appointment set up and installation. Mike V. was great! I had to remove some shelving blocking the instrument panel - whoops - he was patient and apologetic. With my five kids and puppy all trying for his attention, it was pretty busy! He joked and chatted with me and the kids, and cleaned up after himself. Excellent service all around!
