“While it does leave a bit to be desired, one of my fav places to go in Karcher Mall is JoAnn’s for crafts and fabrics. The only thing about JoAnn’s is knowing the entrance is on the backside of the mall building. That would have been useful info on my first visit, because I kept driving around thinking it didn’t exist. I called to find out I had to go around the back near the apartments.”
