Michael was by far the best customer service representative ever. Polite helpful and friendly. This kind of service does absolutely make a difference to customers!! Please acknowledge him and his service!! He deserves it!!!

Lady behind counter completely rude and should be fired! Other times would be a four service this morning was horrible!!! Lady seemed almost hatefull and should be replaced with someone who has some kind of manners!!!! If I’d have got her name would report to corporate!
